Ridiculous

Ordered a hoodie and matching joggers for my son and it was delivered on Tuesday into a blue bin. Came home from work to find no parcel in the blue bin. This is a Christmas gift. I’ve now had to go get a different outfit from town. I’ve been trying to contact Hoodrich for 2 days and the number just does not ring out. I’m absolutely furious. Sent 2 emails and still no response.

I had a faulty bag it took them 2 weeks…

I had a faulty bag it took them 2 weeks to reply back by email. Once they did they asked me to send it back to them and reorder another item. I have now paid for two backpacks but it’s been over 4 weeks and still no refund of faulty item. Total scam. You can’t call customer services only contact c a be made by email. So not trust this company. Service is poor slow and leads don’t waste you money here

So I ordered a few Christmas presents…

So I ordered a few Christmas presents through hoodrich and the parcel said delivered while I was at work.. I felt relieved being as it’s this time of year and I didn’t have any time to go out shopping as I’m working so much! Got home 5 hours later to no parcel and none of my neighbours have seen anything so I’m now really stressed.. Christmas is around the corner and I have emailed customer service twice only to receive an automated response and nothing else! There is no phone number to ring on the website and the only one listed on google doesn’t exist! This is poor just want my money back at this point
ORDER HR297361 you have already emailed me back saying that the tracking matches the address and you won’t refund my money! I live in a block of flats with a shared entrance! Nobody rang my doorbell and I most certainly did not see a parcel! I’m fuming I have lost a lot of money! I advise you use signature on delivery for future customers especially if they are worth this amount of money! Absolute joke

I have ordered a coat from JD it…

I have ordered a coat from JD it hoodrich marker for my son in August. He started wearing it since the beginning of November as he was very excited about his new coat and we paid £76. But unfortunately the logo faded in less than a month without washing the coat. My son is really upset about the ugly look and the inside logo is totally gone. We have emailed customer service last week they haven't replied at all.

You will need to take it back to JD or contact them directly as we have no control over their sale of goods, as they are a retail partner of ours. We do not sell Juniors on our website so we would be unable to accept a return to us as we have no stock of this item - it is a JD style only, and belongs to them. You may have more luck if you go back in store and talk to someone directly/face to face.

I am guessing this is a much better…

I am guessing this is a much better avenue to reach out to the Hoodrich team than email. I have ordered my jacket at 23rd of November , it was dispatched and it's stuck in transit since then. Order Number (LTN335936430) if any of the employees are reading. The issue I have is that one the website it is denoted that the order would take around 7-11 days to be completed , and since it's getting cold in my country right at the start of December I figured I would order and get it beforehand. Well , I still have nothing to wear so I spend money on local market and might end up with a useless outwear coming too late. Hopefully I will get refunded.

Wrong Product

I recently ordered a men's hoodie from Hoodrich, but after waiting almost 15 days, I received the wrong product—a women’s crop top hoodie. The level of service and attention to detail was shockingly poor. Despite the reputation of the brand, this experience felt more like dealing with a local street vendor than a professional clothing company. While I understand mistakes can happen, receiving the wrong product after such a long wait, along with no apparent effort to ensure accuracy in the order, is unacceptable. I’ve ordered from smaller, local brands in the past, and they’ve consistently provided better service, faster shipping, and ensured the correct items were shipped. I won’t be trying Hoodrich again, and I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering. At this point, I just want a refund or the correct item sent to me.
Terrible experience.

Lost items - No response from Hoodrich

I bought few items on 24th November. Called Royal Mail few days ago to be told they’d lost the parcel. Have emailed Hoodrich few times to request for them to resend the order but have had no response. There is no working number to call and no web chat available.
Can you please either resend my order this week or issue a refund asap. Also respond to my emails.

Horrible people.

Horrible people...I accidentally ordered 2 backpacks and immediately emailed them to ask for one to be cancelled but 4 days later they said it was too late to cancel and have been no communication ever since....And no sign of any backpacks...i want a refund.

Unfortunately, our CS team have been inundated with a high volume of contact over the Black Friday period and this has meant that they would not have been able to get back to you immediately from your original email. I ordered on 30th November and the order has not been updated since that time.
I emailed like literally 2 times but didn’t get any reply from them. If u guys cant give the goods which i ordered give me my refund back 🙂🙂 coz i cant wait. It said there they will deliver within 2 to 5 working days but still didnt get any reply or update from them.

Ordered tracksuit got no bottoms

I ordered a Tracksuit for my son on 16th of November and received the hoodie with no bottoms. Emailed several times, then after waiting over a week for some sort of response received an email from customer care that my package was shipped in full.
Tried ringing the head office number provided on the Website which is unavailable.
Absolutely ridiculous😡😡

Bought a hoodie online direct from Hoodrich.

Never arrived.

I have emailed 3 times and got no response.

Shambles

Emailed 4 times now and still no reply, to be told on trust pilot to email again, hiw many times do i have to email?

Shocking customer services.

Go a non helpful email, saying its been delivered. No signature etc to a works address.

Totally unhelpful and not true.

Have an issue with the return of my order.

Hello Hoodrich team.
I’ve made an order from Italy, and I’ve received it yesterday, and everything seemed to be fine until I saw that an item that I bought wasn’t right. So, I want to return the item as soon as possible.
I’ve tried to make the procedure but when I write down my ID Order with my email address, it says that the order number can’t be found in your database. I have the same issue even if I try to write down the other number that is written in the document that is included in the parcel.
I’m confused because it’s not possible something like that.
I also tried to contact your customer service team but I still haven’t received any response back. Also, I texted you on your both instagram pages, but even then I didn’t get any reply from you. Please give us the right support, as your clients deserve. It’s a metter of principle and respect towards your clients.
Can you help me with this issue as quickly as possible, please? So as to allow me to return my order as soon as possible?

Bought a Hoodrich hoodie from JD Sports and the lettering is peeling off the sweater (wore once). Emailed and they said I had to contact the store. Called the store and because it’s just over 30 days they won’t take it back. Absolute garbage do not purchase this brand.
