Ordered 3 items total £26 order confirmed 4/5 August since then nothing the tracking shows it was sent for delivery with in 2 days , I recieve non to emails about offers yet 3 times I have emailed them about my order and no response . It is not a huge amount but I am 76 years old on a pension to me its a lot worse than that my granddaughter saw the hoodies and said how much she would like to wear one as it would make her feel safe this is someone with mental crisis problems . I bought it to help her she read all the words on their goods and related to them . Very dissapointed and also angry .

Love the sayings
It took a little bit longer than I expected to arrive. I love the meaning and ideas behind the scenes for the sweatshirts. I wish the sweatshirt was a little bit softer as it felt a little stiff. Other than that, I am pleased that I purchased this.

Awful material
I ordered a hoodie. I paid for shipping and then, after despatch they told me it would be much quicker to collect from a drop off point. The material is awful. It literally feels horrible to the touch and due to the return address being in the USA and you have to pay for your own returns, returning is nearly as much as the garment. Primark is better quality (not a sentence I ever thought I'd see) and at a fraction of the price! They will not budge on return postage. Would not recommend.

Love the concept but feel I have been duped. The socks and bag were of poor quality and the bag smelt very chemically, on complaining and requesting refund was told to ship back to USA at my own cost. I bought via the shop app and feel that this is not ideal and fear this may be a scam. Really disappointed,considering I thought it was for good purposes feel that it is not waht it seems
