Great color and design, but: My hoodie had a dozen of threads sticking out in all places that I had to cut

Thin shirt so perfect for summer days 👍 the print itself looks great and accurate and the stitching is perfect.

unfortunately a very negative running experience. a shame and unnecessary, not recommended!

They have high quality & clearly hand crafted clothing coupled with amazing designs. I’m a personal fan of their Catmoflauge pattern haha! There was a slight mix up in the color on one of my orders, and they immediately started crafting the replacement order and shipped it without asking me to send the incorrect order back. Ivy with their customer service took great care of me and is top notch without question!

The hoodie is really nice. The communication was prompt and they were willing to work with me. The sleeves were a little tight and short. We might should’ve ordered a larger size even though we measured. Overall I would recommend this company.

Ordered beginning of December as a xmas gift. They said max 3 weeks delivery. Product arrived in February!! Not only that but it was terribly made. The measurements are all off. I ordered a XL and it is smaller than a medium! My head won't even fit through the top hole!! To top off now I have to pay a fee for the return!!

After the abysmal experience I had when ordering from Fresh Hoods, I was a little nervous to order from another company incase history repeated itself, luckily though the company I ordered a replacement from, I can only describe as the best hoodie company on the internet!
I was kept fully up to speed with every step of the printing process, the order was dispatched exactly when they said it would be dispatched and arrived neatly packed and looking perfect! The quality and fit are perfect, the colours are bright and vibrant and I will most definitely be ordering more, may have to buy some of their T-shirts next time! Highly recommend these guys if you want clothing that really makes a statement!

It's been well over 3 years since I purchased a hooded blanket and I still use it frequently! I've washed it several times and the quality is still fine.

The pretty art is a great touch.

Ordered an item on 5th December for a Christmas present, it’s now 18th January and I’ve still not received it. Just says ‘crafting’ and has done ever since I placed the order, every time I ask them for an update they just fob me off and say it will be shipped next week…week after that …. and so on. At this point I think I’ve been scammed.

I ordered one item in November, for a Christmas gift. It’s now January 17th and it still says it’s “in the production” phase. I reached out to the company in mid December and they replied saying that they were behind on producing and shipping orders because of the holiday. (Understandable). They offered to refund my shipping costs, which never happened. I emailed them 2x in the last week and it’s been crickets. Do not order from this company- seems more like a scam than a business !!!!

I noticed that the fabrics got thinner, but not really less in quality. On the contrary even, they´ve improved. Still love those amazing designs printed in such a high grade way and put together so skillfully. Top notch clothes. Impressed again!

If you want to wait ages for your order. Order here. Had to contact customer services then suddenly it was dispatched. Waited weeks only for it to be sent to a random shop to be collected with notification that this had been done. Won't order again

Very happy with the order (pattern ok, quality and size is perfect) however I cannot give the maximum score because: On my order of 11 t-shirts, one is missing. My order took a long time to arrive with the company UPS in France, it was 3 days late. So I would like to know the procedure to follow to recover the missing item?

Delivery was running way behind but not because of the actual hoodie lab that's thanks to UPS

Took a month to arrive.
Quality is not great.
The main colour on the website was yellow but it was a definite orange when it arrived. Also, the sleeve was a different black to the rest so looked odd.
Be warned that returns from the UK have to be paid for by the customer and they take a restocking fee also.
Would not buy from Hoodie Lab again.

It hadn't occurred to me that the fabric could be anything else than cotton. However, upon revisiting the Hoodie Lab homepage I can see it's stated loud and clear that they're using a "super soft poly blend fabric".
It would therefore not be fair to give less than four stars.
