Could not have been more helpful. All sorted in quick time

Started well and the response was great. I'd question the product they offered. Anyhow, there was a delay due to sale agreement and when the agreement came through, I couldn't get hoocht's service any further. Tried e mailing, numerous messages and phone calls but they simply couldn't be asked to call back or finalise the business they started. Kept on leaving a message with reception but no contact back. Frustratingly went to another service provider and got it sorted.

Really quick initially and came up with a really good rate. Took a long time afterwards when it went to underwriters however I think that’s more to do with the lender than Hoocht

Tom made the whole experience easy and stress free! Rich picked up my emails during his absence and was extremely efficient responding quickly to all of my queries. I would highly recommend Hoocht and definitely use again! Plus no hidden fees! Thank you.

Initial communication was great and I found the advisors were flexible on when phone calls could be scheduled. After the mortgage was confirmed and the case moved into the hands of the lawyers, I had a few less serious questions but found that my emails went unanswered. So for that I've docked a star. Overall I would recommend Hoocht.

I came to hoocht when another mortgage advisor team had let me down. I was trying to get a Decision in Principle sorted out in a tight time frame. I admit I was sceptical to begin with, but with the help of Rich, I had the DIP that same day (for a better mortgage than I thought I could get) and some good practical advice.
When my offer was accepted on the property I had bid on, I asked hoocht to go through with the mortgage application- within 2 weeks the offer was sorted. There were a few minor details that were not right, which I raised, and were sorted out by the team with the lender by the next working day. All in all- good communication, efficient service, would recommend.

I have been hugely impressed by Hoocht and the service provided, would highly recommend them to everyone. Excellent communication, a really good mortgage deal secured, no hassle or tedious form filling, quick and easy, I can't say thank you enough!

Where do I start ,Rich and his team were truly amazing from start to finish ,there straight forward easy to understand approach is so refreshing in this day and age , there communication was excellent and they got me a cracking 5 year fixed deal and there service is totally free 😊(they claim there commission direct off the lender)
