I sent my phone for service in February. In the beginning, I received the answer that they have received my phone and someone will contact me. After that, I did not receive any replies to any of my emails. It is almost 3 months that I am without a phone. So I do not recommend buying anything because if something gets wrong you will have just problems.

poor customer service

I never recommend you to use this site. Inventory control is poor. I ordered a item and next day I got mail from seller telling the item was out of stock and change to another item I didn't want. I asked refund but never reply from seller. This site seems to be fraud to me.

Impossible to receive warranty service

I recently had the WiFi connection problem with my mi 11, which is a known hardware defect with this specific phone. I tried to contact the warranty service from honorbuy, but they only replied after maybe 8 days. I’m not sure how to reach them in a faster way. And then they told me I have to send my phone to China instead of fixing it here in Europe. Not sure if I’ll ever buy from them again. I understand this is a hardware issue from xiaomi, but as a retailer Honorbuy didn’t deliver a good after sales service. I basically can’t get my phone fixed even if it’s still under warranty.

Customer service and warranty

i bought the phone through honorbuy.com in january and after 10 months the phone started to break down. I sent an email 10 days ago and I have not yet received any response, although the site says that the response is waiting from 24h to 48h. if you need any security regarding the product you are going to buy, you will not get it here

No support whatsoever

I bought a redmi phone in February of this year and it has started to turn itself on and off non stop. I am within my one year warranty for repair etc but I cannot get any response from honorbuy from any of the support delivery options (messenger, WhatsApp, email) I have followed up twice on each and I have got nothing back.
Couldn't be more disappointed in this, I wouldn't recommend buying from the website at all unless you're happy to have a phone randomly stop working in 8 months and replace it at your own cost again despite having a warranty. Good luck

Caution with this company

I bought a Xiaomi smartphone at Honorbuy in April. After weeks, the USB debugging and charging via the cable no longer worked. After the question of whether I couldn't live with it (I can't, because I have to be able to charge the cell phone and who knows how it will develop in the long term), they agreed that the smartphone could be accepted for repair. I had to send it to Slovenia at my own expense, where it arrived on November 3rd. After 3! Inquiries by mail in mid and late November and at the end of December finally I got an answer. Because of Corona everything would be delayed, they would get in touch (even in Slovenia there was no lockdown for companies!). To a new request on January 24th they had a few questions about my problem that I had already answered in October and offered me to send the smartphone in. To my renewed e-mails that the cell phone has for over a quarter of a year been under repair, there was again no answer to this day. The service is chaotic, extremely bad and I am beginning to wonder if I will get the repaired cell phone at all. I strongly advise against the company!

P.S. After 4 e-mails and finally a reference to this post, the Honorbuy Marketing manager got in touch. She informed me after 4 months that Honorbuy has no technician at the moment. Somebody actually found out that the cell phone was broken. She offered me a buyback for 200 €. I had bought the cell phone half a year before the defect for 514.39. Then I grudgingly agreed to the sum of 400 €, the PayPal fees of almost 24 € were of course not taken over. Conclusion: € 137.90 for the knowledge never again to order from a Chinese company and certainly not at all from Honorbuy.

Ich habe im April bei Honorbuy ein Xiaomi Smartphone gekauft. Nach Wochen funktionierte das USB Debugging und immer wieder auch das Laden über das Kabel nicht mehr. Nach der Frage, ob ich nicht damit leben könnte (kann ich nicht, denn ich muss das Handy ja laden können und wer weiß wie sich das auf Dauer noch entwickelt) willigte man ein, dass das Smartphone zur Reparatur angenommen wird. Ich musste es auf eigene Kosten nach Slowenien schicken, wo es am 3.11. ankam. Nach 3! Anfragen per Mail Mitte und Ende November und Ende Dezember kam dann endlich eine Antwort. Wegen Corona würde sich alles verzögern, man würde sich melden (auch in Slowenien gab es bei Firmen keinen Lockdown!). Zu einer erneuten Anfrage am 24.1. hatte man einige Fragen zu meinem Problem die ich schon alle im Oktober beantwortet hatte und bot mir an, das Smartphone einzusenden. Auf meine erneuten Mails, dass das Handy ja schon längst in Reparatur ist und ich nun seit über einem viertel Jahr in Reparatur ist, kam erneut bis auf den heutigen Tag keine Antwort. Der Service ist chaotisch, extrem schlecht und ich frage mich allmählich ob ich das reparierte Handy überhaupt bekomme. ich rate dringend von der Firma ab!

P.S. Nach 4 Mails und zuletzt einem Verweis auf diesen Beitrag meldete sich die Marketing Managerin von Honorbuy. Sie teilte mir nach 4 Moanten mit, dass Honotbuy im Augenblick keinen Techniker hat. Irgendwer stellte dann tatsächlich fest, dass das Handy kaputt ist. Sie bot mir einen Rückkauf für 200€ an, Ich hatte das Handy ein halbes Jahr vor dem Defekt für 514,39 gekauft. Zähneknrischend habe ich dann bei 400 € zugestimmt, die Paypalgebühren von fast 24€ wurden natürlich nicht übernommen. Fazit: 137,90 € für die Erkenntnis niemals mehr bei einem chinesischen Versand und schon garnicht mehr bei Honorbuy zu bestellen.

Not reccomended!

Hi, I just want to warn you not to shop on this site because you might find yourself in trouble. When I first bought something there everything was fine, both order and delivery. The second turkey was already a problem with sending and it all took too long. But the third time I made an order, first there was the problem that their product suddenly disappeared from the situation, and then they made a problem with the refund. I mostly spent a week bored with their customer service. In short, I am very disappointed and never any of them again.

Amazing delivery time

I purchased a Redmi Note 9 Pro 6GB RAM 64GB ROM Global Version Grey on 18 Aug 2020 at 21:27:21 BST from their EU warehouse , the phone was delivered at 09.40 am on 20 Aug with Fed Ex which is brilliant service. I paid for the phone in dollars with paypal using a Transferwise debit card as they give full exchange rate and only charge 70p for 200 dollars. This saved over £10.00 on the paypal direct exchange rate. The phone itself was brand new , made July 20 and works perfectly. The color on the website does not do justice to the true color of the phone which is a very nice blue/grey metalic .
When I want more Chinese tech Honorbuy will be first stop.

Super fast delivery time

Super fast delivery time.
Ordered a Xiaomi Mi 10 Note Lite on Tuesday morning and received it on Thursday evening.
Also very speedy replies to some email I had sent in regards to purchase and delivery from Lorraine in Customer Care.
This is the 3rd phone I've got from Honorbuy and I couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend 👍

Excellent shopping experience!

Excellent shopping experience! Functional homepage with very good prices. Good deals and really fast shipping. I live in Sweden, and for me it only took the weekend to get my new phone! Ordered it on a Thursday, on Monday the phone arrived.
