Please know that when our team confirms a cancellation, that specific membership is indeed permanently closed. When a new payment goes through a month later, our investigation typically reveals one of a few scenarios based on our platform records. Most commonly, it means there is a second, completely separate active account tied to a different email address or a quick-login method that wasn't found during your first contact with us. It can also happen if a membership was inadvertently reactivated on the user's end after the initial cancellation.

The Style itself didn't quite fit my type.
Although when bought a subscription i thought it was a one time buy.
I lost access to my account since i had to change my email in the meantime and i just saw the subscription on my montly bank payment voucher.
They helped me out to cancel the subscription pretty fast, they answered every email within a few minutes and even though i had no access to the email or the account they managed to cancel my subscription.

If I could rate it less I would a scam of a website been trying to cancel my membership for a while and every time I do send an email asking to cancel i include the email on my account aswell and they keep telling me there is no account wirh that email even tho there is and no other support to help with the issue overall it’s a fraud of a website and we’ll they won’t let me cancel my subscription they keep charging me again and again even tho I keep asking to cancel so my advice to everyone is not to sign up for this scam as they won’t let you end your subscription.

This often happens if you originally signed up using Apple or Google, as they sometimes create a masked email address for your account instead of using your personal one. It's also very common for an account to be under a slightly different email address than the one you're emailing us from, or there might have just been a quick typo when you first registered.

12 week trial of Honeytoon.
I believed I bought a 12 week trial of Honeytoon not a subscription. I was very surprised to see a bill then, for a renewed subscription at the highest possible amount.
I think their content is good but their sales practices are misleading leaning on fraudulent.
How could I ever recommend their product when they can’t even be honest with their billing?
So my advice for you is to buy the trial and then two days later email them to make sure to cancel any potential subscription they may generate off the cuff.

Thank you for your post. But it’s after the fact. It’s in response to a response that I already contacted HT about only to be dismissed. So like my opportunity, HT’s opportunity has now been and gone as well.
It’s disappointing that a different response was offered once a review was posted, but I stand by my post. I would still recommend people to cancel after the first few days / week. If they like HT content then they can always reverse this. But it seems the individual needs to be more accountable than the company.
Grabbing a few dollars now to lose more dollars later after upsetting a customer will result in lower revenue in the long run. I was on the fence. I was thinking about renewing my subscription when the bill came through as I enjoyed the HT content. But the response and outcome are now fixed. I don’t need HT and HT doesn’t need me either.

I warn against using this site! They use a confusing interface where a small price per week is shown, while the actual amount charged for the entire period is hidden. Support refuses to refund the money for the incorrectly charged subscription, although I canceled it in the very first minute. I expect the company to change its mind about this decision and issue a refund for the incorrectly charged subscription.
