I have purchased many items from this site, and I’ll be honest, every single item is not up to my satisfaction, but most of them are. The reason I keep coming back is because I’ve tried other sites and I have had much more unsatisfactory experiences with them. So I keep going to Honey Play. Another reason I keep coming back is because of the customer service. They have always been helpful and replaced or exchanged the items that were not up to par.

The ordering process was very easy. Shipping timely and discrete. Product (Warrior) was very quiet and did a good job. Just wish it lasted longer before before spinning mechanism seemed to strip and stop spinning. However, they stand by their products and sending a replacement. Honey Play Box is a reliable company and planning to buy a few things for my wife and I in the future.

Customer care and exchanges of broken products
I bought a Gale masturbator. It worked very well one week then it broke sorry to say. The thing did´nt turn and the engine gave up. The send mail to customer care and they changed it to a Warrior which also were a good device. But after I have used it 5-6 times that also broke. It just worked at one direction. I am now pretty sad because both devices were 5 star to use and both have broken. I contact the customer care again and they told me they send out another one. I really hope that one will work for a longer time. So 5 star for customer care and the use of products. 1 star for the reliability of products. I hope I just was unlucky :-)

Fast replacement
I ordered the Warrior in June and unfortunately after a short while the sleeve break. I contacted the company by email (I am based in Europe) and they reply the next day. They proposed to reship my order and I received the new warrior after a few more days. Very happy with their service. P.S. I find their water based lubricant excellent.
