HoneyNoir site states the ingredients as all natural and not made in China. The product I received was from China, manufactured in China. The ingredients were mineral oil and petrolatum. This is NOT what I ordered. I've reached out for a refund and received a canned response stating they do not sell products from China and listed all the "natural" ingredients they use. I sent images of the product label, no other responses, no refund, I've contacted my CC company to dispute due to a misrepresentation of the product.

Not only were there delays with delivery, ALL products ordered were incorrect, replaced for a much cheaper brand!!!
Their Online Customer Service Team is BOGUS with repetitive responses and never ever resolved.
No further delivery of the correct products were received and no refunds offered!!
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED AND ROBBED!!

I placed my order over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived.
Support keeps giving me the same answer.

This is a scam company. All elements involved are AI-based. Meaning: they use bots to coordinate everything (every single contact attempt, the Instagram page, the website, etc.). There are no humans you will ever be able to communicate with. You cannot get a refund if your package is lost in customs because the AI-script doesn’t recognize what that is and will get stuck in a script loop saying it will “elevate the issue to management” but management doesn’t actually exist. So you get the same generated bot-script on basically an infinite loop. I reported this company to the BBB and filed a claim with my bank. This company NEEDS to be shut down immediately, no company should legally be allowed to operate this way.

UPDATE: the company reply below is also clearly a generic copy/paste. Notice it didn’t address anything specific I said (including the various specific AI-loop complaint or inability for refund). It also pasted my name wrong. AND…finally no, I checked, they did NOT send me an email - even though it says that in the reply. Because again, this is a complete scam of a company whose every customer interaction is run by bots on a script. This company needs to be shut down, this should be illegal.

Absolute scam. Advertised as US based company, not made in China, yet ships directly from China with counterfeit products that look nothing like advertised. Products must be sealed and unopened to receive a refund, yet even then the company will not accept the return. After days of being lied to about this company sending a return label, I filed a formal consumer complaint with the Attorney General for the mail and other fraud. Don’t waste your time and money.

Never received my products. Reached out multiple times and was just given the same tracking number again. Fake tracking. Opened a fraud case with my credit card company who investigated and I got my money back. After 2.5 months the Post Office has notifed me that this company has shipped my stuff...with fraudulent postage. BEWARE!!!

This company ripped me off. They took my money for an almost $100 order and never sent me the product. I've been trying to contact them for a month. I've emailed them multiple times and all I get is an AI response telling me someone will contact me in 2 days. Nobody ever does though. There is nobody there to help if something goes wrong, but they certainly helped themselves to my money. Would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely horrible. The whole thing is a complete scam. I paid $40 for Dollar Tree cosmetics. The costumer service is a joke too.

This company is a scam and false advertising. The lipstick is much darker than in the ads, to the point I can not wear it. Since I bought a pack of 4, I wanted to return the other 3 that were unopened for a refund as they claim a refund is guaranteed. Yeah right, I have been going back and forth with them for over a month. They keep apologizing and say they are looking into it, but never do! The product is sub par, colour nothing like what it looks like in the ads, and good luck getting a refund. Overpriced garbage from a scam company.

So for over a month I’ve been back and forth with customer service (if you can call them that) over the wrong shade. At first I got the promise that they would send the shade that I wanted. But since then, for an ENTIRE MONTH, all I’ve gotten is “I’m sincerely sorry, we will escalate this immediately.” And then I get a friggen discount code for my next order.
Do not buy from this company. The disappointment is epic.

I was very excited. On the website it's says it's not from China.... On the packaging it clearly says made in China.
And the list of ingredients are bogus... They market claiming really great ingredients...on the packing non of them are listed ... Though petroleum is!
I have a feeling I won't be getting my money back. So frustrating lol

I ordered in September 2025. As of April 9, 2026 I have not received the shipment. I have emailed them every month reporting that my order was never received. They have never offered to reship the item. Finally I've been emailing them the last few months requesting a refund - also which I have never received. With every email I send they immediately reply (the reason I gave them 1 star - probably an automated response), apologizing profusely saying they are working on rectifying the problem and want to make it right. They are scammers. Do not order from this company. It has been 8 months since placing my order. I have not received the product nor the refund.

I purchased 2 lipsticks. After a lengthy delay they arrived but were the incorrect shade that I had ordered.
I sent emails with photographic evidence on a daily basis. All I have received after three weeks are bot responses that promise action but to date nothing has been done. The lipsticks that I received were very small and of poor quality. I would not recommend this dubious provider, Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Honeynoir is a total scam. They sent me the wrong products, product ingredients are toxic, and I have reached out 10 times for refund info and receive 'fake' responses each time.

One star is a gift. I placed my order for the "two for one" lipstick deal on 2/26/26 and still had not received by early March. E mailed the store and got an immediate response generated by AI. Sent several more, always to be told my case was going to the top of the pile and that the management team would get back to me soon. Finally asked for a refund. More BS responses. Finally received two lipsticks that were another brand that can be purchased on amazon for $6. Complained to be followed by more AI responses that someone would get back to me very soon. Finally challenged the charge with my bank. This is a total scam. Do NOT order from HoneyNoir!

And, again, more BS. Just got a response that they sent me an email regarding how to make things right with my order. No email was sent.

What everyone is saying about this company is true...total SCAM! I ordered my items the first week of February. The money was taken out right away, but just like everyone else, I never received the products. Also like everyone else, I have received several scam emails with a fake tracking number saying they "understand my frustration" but that was all I received...more bogus, automatic, fake replies. I went on their fake facebook page, and wrote this review in the comments, and I have now been blocked from their site!!!!! Please do not order from them, they are a scam company, and the likelihood of you receiving a bunch of fake emails is 100%. They can block me from their Facebook page, but I have been writing about the truth on all the review pages I can find. Don't buy from them!

They lie on their website claiming they have warehouses all over the USA and the product will be received in 3-7 business days. However, the product tracking clearly shows it is coming from CHINA and does not arrive within the stated timeframe. The company claims they have NO IDEA why there is a discrepancy with the shipping. I would not trust this company or its product. Such total BS and LIES. Their response (after two months) claimed they sent me an email (which they did not), and they were of no help when I reached out initially when I realized they were shipping from China. More lies.

I never received my order. Their customer service is horrible. Do not support this company.
