Does it work? Actually, yes. You generate passive "income" and the money does arrive.
Now for the really disappointing part:
When you want to cash out the money you've spent ages grinding for, you're given the choice between real money or some shit token nobody cares about. You have to register with their partner service and provide more information than you'd need for a trip from Israel to North Korea — it's completely absurd.
Once you've gone through all that, you then find out that, thanks to magically appearing fees, only about 75% of the payout amount can actually be transferred to you.
So, is it a scam? Not really. It's REAL — just really shady.

Credits not received...
Since March 2026, the amount shared and the credits received does not add up. They claim 10.24MB = 1c. Yet I have a number of photos reflecting that I am NOT receiving these credits. The only thing received is the pot value and that it. This has now turned into a pathetic append a waist of time allowing them to spy through your connections. Did even receive any credits for invites. DON'T waist your time.

Complete Scam – Wasted Time, Money on Internet, and Destroyed Trust
I am extremely disappointed and angry with Honeygain. This is nothing but a fake and complete scam.
I first installed it in 2024 with a 10 Mbps connection. I kept it running daily for months, but I could never even reach the $20 withdrawal limit. After wasting so much time and electricity, I deleted it.
Then at the end of 2025, I thought maybe my internet speed was the problem, so I upgraded to a much faster 60 Mbps connection. I reinstalled Honeygain with high hopes. Now here we are on June 4, 2026, and my earnings are completely stuck at $10. It has stopped progressing entirely.
No matter how fast my internet is, how long I keep it running, or how active I am — it simply doesn't pay. Their system feels completely rigged. You keep giving them your bandwidth and electricity for pennies while they make you chase an impossible $20 limit.
This whole "earn money while doing nothing" idea is a big illusion. Honeygain has completely killed my trust in any multitasking or passive income apps. I feel cheated and stupid for giving them a second chance.
Warning to everyone:
Don't waste your time. Don't waste your internet. Don't fall for their fake earnings. This app is not worth it. i think they want from us to give them meta's or x's data center to pay you $20, then it's clearly a scam.
Never installing again. Stay away!
