There's a restaurant in my neighborhood doing way better because they had enough money to grow; traditional crowdfunding doesn't seem like a great fit for them, but this seems to have been solid, and it's working.

I've also put money in, and gotten money back, which has seemed a way more sane thing to do than try and watch the stock market these days.

Great platform for local small business investments. I appreciate the details provided on each investment on the platform. The events for investors to meet the business owners and fellow investors adds an element of direct connection and community.
