Love HoneyBook but I wish they would have continued using the Legacy files. They are simply so much better, friendly and deliver smoothly. Also, I feel like they make unnecessary changes to the platfo... See more

The price increase included so many more glitches unfortunately. Glitches on a regular basis and no useful additions. My clients have issues with using it. Using my slow time this winter to migrate to a new platform that functions more reliably.
Significantly increased prices on small businesses, tried to justify with AI features that I don’t want. Too many errors, including losing an email proposal I spent a lot of time on to be trustworthy.
It was a fine experience except for the international exchange rate. I did some research and Honeybook's Help page said that the USD to CAD would happen on my client's end. That did not happen and now I need to find a way to refund them or credit in the future. Which is an inconvenience for sure and makes me look less professional.
Everything is easier now....
From client communications, to contracts & payments. Honeybook gives you everything you need to run a business smoothly all in one place and I could not be happier. worth every cent.
The c makes sense it’s just so stiff and rigid I wish the team was open minded and loosen up. Check out Switchyards.
I have absolutely LOVED my HB experience! Their Customer Service and onboarding process made it seamless for me to transition and get the most out of the platform. It's overwhelming to upload all my client's and their work but the team made it very easy + helped me stay accountable.
Honeybook is great, but the recent price increase has me second-guessing my future using it as a part of my business. There are alot of great features that have been added, but I dont use them or need them. I wish there was a lower price option for people like me how don't have use for all of the added features.
HoneyBook makes my life so easy! It’s easy to navigate, and get things done. It’s also makes me look even more professional. Shout out to DJ Marvo for plugging me in!
Love how my booking process is becoming streamlined! I've only started using HoneyBook for a few months now and so far it's been a great experience for both me and my clients. The templates have been helpful to quickly send clients contracts or other files like style guides. There's a lot of nice features and I'm looking forward to growing my business with HoneyBook.
They are horrible! The customer service is absolutely ridiculous! There should be a person you can speak with directly no matter the business you run. They are impossible to contact. I haven't been able to get into my account for weeks after being requested to reset my password and having it confirmed repeatedly. Cannot talk to person when you cannot get into you lt account! My bank doesnt require as many password resets as they do! Now I've requested in multiple forms to cancel my service only to have just received an email that they have renewed it!! Ughhhhhj
Honestly, I feel like for the price. It’s really not worth it. I would really recommend against using honey book. Initially when it was less than $200 a year, which was only two years ago I found it to be worth it because I can have all of my contracts and clients in one place, but most of it is so confusing to learn how to do anyways you need to literally hire a professional from honey book in order to teach you how to do the automations so I’ve never been able to make those useful to me. I want to switch now, but I am concerned because I already have all of my bookings through here so switching would be quite the process and because I book out a year in advance, I feel switching over might be kind of tricky to do with my current clients. I wouldn’t even get wrapped up in this. I would try a different platform.
Some of the layers of creating are not as self evident as I would like. I wish it was just a little more user friendly for an inexperienced user.
I used this company for 2 years. I am trying to leave and can officially attest that it is a slimy company.
I am trying to migrate out (to an actual modern CRM like Hubspot), and they have NO way for me to export my data en masse. Instead, I am to download each of my files MANUALLY. They offer free setup to lure you in with the promise of helping you set up for free, but if you try to leave the company, on the other hand, they provide no way to exit. This is the number one red flag I look out for with tech companies. Buyer beware, you will hate this product, and they will make it an absolute pain in the bum to get out of. Their AI capabilities are horrendous, very few integration opportunities, and their template files, while they look easy, are much more of a pain in the butt to use and modify. Truly, use any other platform.
Great features, the company is always innovative and creative and listens to the customer. One bad thing though is that the website reload is sometimes slow and hope they come up with a desktop app.
Been using Honeybook for a couple years and i love it!
You doubled the price of my subscription, and no additional value was added. I'm literally paying double what I was for exactly the same product, surely you realize how silly that is
I like honeybook because I can manage my entire business in one platform. From email automations to invoices and payments, honeybook has everything I need to run my business. I like that they send you alerts when a client has opened an invoice, they also roll out updates and new features regularly to improve the platform.
Disappointed. Cost has gone up almost $200 for the essential annual membership from 2024 to 2025.
I upgraded to the essentials account and was able to have the AI create an automation without me having to create it and it will now save me time.
