Beautiful products, incredible service
I've bought a few bags/purses from H&T - they have all been absolutely lovely and much admired - really beautiful products. On the most recent purchase, we had a small issue, so I popped out an email and within an hour - an hour! - a replacement was on its way - no quibbles, just sorted. Absolutely incredible service. Brilliant, brilliant company.

I purchased a second piece from this company as I loved my first piece. It wasn't for me albeit beautiful quality but a refund was issued with absolutely no quibble. Customer service is amazing! Highly recommend this company.

What a lovely company
I bought a Katie bag from this company via a large well known department store. This bag is sooo beautiful. It’s just what I’ve been after for years. The quality is excellent. I’m so glad I found them, I have now purchased a purse direct from the company and am awaiting its arrival in the post. I’m sure it will be just as gorgeous but will report back. Thank you. What a lovely small business :-)
