Reading prior reviews mine is the same…
Reading prior reviews mine is the same story. Buy a $15 product and then you're signed up for a "VIP ' membership, unbeknownst to you til you start seeing this $30 charge every month on your charge card. I called them. They agreed to cancel membership but not past fees. I told them I wanted all 3 months fees refunded. They say we can give you 50% back. I insisted on all of it. They agreed after they spoke with a 'supervisor'. We'll see if it actually happens. What a scam...
I had a fraud alert from my CC company…
I had a fraud alert from my CC company $29.99. I called 845-347-2152 and was on hold for 5 minutes and another 15 yelling at these people. The first person transferred me to another person after I requested a supervisor. She didn't. it was just another person with no authority. They both claimed they could only refund half. I told them no, they will be giving me 100 percent. #2 managed to get me the full amount. He said 5-7 business days. I WILL BE WATCHING MY CC CLOSELY. They don't want me calling back. Is there someone we can call to put these people out of business? How is this not fraud? To sign you up for a membership you know nothing about? Grrr....

I bought something at Honey & Pine for $14 and 2 weeks later I purchased a membership that I didn't authorize and they didn't offer it to me. That's stealing to Costomer this company. They claim to be from North Carolina and a llama is transferred to China. These are scammers. Ojo son unos pillos te compran sin tu cosetimiento a cuántas personas le está aciendole lo mismo son millones de dólares así y se asen los pendejos

I have no clue who this company is. I also have received charges the last three months on my card from different Honey and whatever they pick this time.
DO NOT ORDER
2 issues for me. Make-up made my skin break out so I called to see how to get a refund. They told me there was no need to return and offered me a 50% refund and I said that is not going to work for me not my fault my skin broke out, so they said ok that they would refund 100%. Didn't get the refund so I called again and got the same run around ultimately saying they would refund me. Still never received my money. Second issue was that a couple days after I place this order I had a charge on my account from Essence and Honey for $29.99 for something I never ordered and never received, so they are a fraud and steal your information and charge you for stuff you didn't authorize. I had to dispute it with my bank. Do yourself a favor and order Laura Geller, I got it on sale and I get discounts all the time. Really worth the price and looks great. Don't order this crap order Laura Geller
Membership Fees Charged--Never Ordered
I purchased an item from them and it arrived in January 2025. In February and in March of 2025 they billed me for their "membership" which I never chosen or signed up for. When I called, they first said they didn't do refunds, but would cancel membership. I said no and then they offered a refund of $14.50. They have finally agreed to give me a refund to my credit card for the full amount of $59.98. I did see a pending refund this morning in my credit card account. So persistence did pay off!

Buyers keep a eye on bank statements
It took too mouths to get it after I had to contacted three times. Then they sent the wrong shade and I just got my back statement and they took 29.99 out again.i haven't ordered again thing from them or will I ever again . buyers keep a eye on bank statements.
This is a scam that led to monthly fraudulent charges
I purchased some foundation from Honey and Pine--it was a one-time purchase for foundation. Ironically, I liked the makeup quite a lot, but I recently discovered that the company was charging my credit card for a subscription of $29.99 every month, not just for the one purchase I made for a similar amount. Unfortunately, my credit card was charged twice more after the initial purchase before I noticed it. Fortunately, my credit card company alerted me when they tried to charge me a third time. The first two fraudulent charges were from Honey and Pine and the next one was from Honey and Essence. I tried to contact the company, but when I called the number on my credit card statement, all I got was a recorded message asking me questions about my auto insurance. When I didn't answer those questions, I was disconnected. I had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company. Please don't let yourself be suckered as I did! I should have known better than to purchase something from a popup ad!
This makeup is garbage
This makeup is garbage - doesn't do anything that's promised on their site. Customer service only offered 20% refund, or I can pay to return it - to China! Their website shows a US return address, and 60-day free return. Complete fraud. Buyer beware!!!
My experience with Honey and pine is…
My experience with Honey and pine is similar to other complaints. After waiting for weeks for the product, it finally arrived only to be the wrong shade. For $23.95 for a buy one get two or vise versa, I chalked it up to my oversight, threw away the makeup. However, my credit card has been charged 3 months in a row for $29.99 for what??? No idea! I did not subscribe or join anything. After not being able to get through to the company, I've disputed the charges through my credit card company. This is as close to a scam as you can get.
Don't waste your money. Worst makeup ever.
This is the worst makeup I have ever tried. And I'm a woman in my '60s. I have light sunspots on my face and some freckles on my cheeks and after two coats of this makeup it looked like I had not put anything on my face. This covers nothing. I get better coverage from using store-bought Maybelline makeup. I didn't sign up for a membership. This is the second month in a row that my card has been charged $29.99 and they will not respond. Do not use this company or waste your money on this product.
Scam membership
I bought some foundation and received it over a month later. I did not sign up for a membership and was not told of a membership. The makeup I purchased totaled $13.96. I just noticed on my credit card statement that I am being charged $29.99 monthly. I looked on my receipt and also online and it doesn't say anything about a membership. My credit card is refunding me my money as the company did not return my money or any messages or requests I have sent.

Woke up this morning to find a $29.99…
Woke up this morning to find a $29.99 charge on my bank account. The address listed 2210 s. Betsys way, kaysville, UT. A single family home. Called my bank,as I didn't order anything on my card this week. I believe I ordered the makeup from this company for $14, that did not work as advertised. Find out like previous complaints
that this company is charging a monthly membership fee unauthorized. Notified my bank to report fraud.
29.99$ month for one time purchase
29.99$ sence November been being charged each month just for ordering kids toy. Toys took 2½months well past X-mass. To get items. 10$ toy has cost me about 120$. DO NOT DEAL WITH TRICKSTERS LIKE PINE AND HONEY
Don’t purchase anything
I bought the foundation. It was okay but certainly not as advertised. It took more than a month to get here. A month after ordering, they charged me $29.99 for a membership that I never signed up for. I reviewed all of the terms before I ordered just to make sure nothing like this would happen and it did anyway. Still fighting to get it cancelled and to get my money returned. I will never purchase from them again
Miss leading and don't work
My husband ordered me the buy two get one free on January 4th and January 24th came around and I called and they said the address was wrong ,so we fixed it.I waited February 24th came and I called again! At this point I was getting emails about would I like a refund due to the mess up I said again no I want the makeup the lady fixed the mess up again and said it will be there in two days then she said with in the week for sure. It is March 6,2025 I finally got it yesterday and ,an the color is wrong and when I put it on my face it didn't do anything it says it would do!!! My first time buying something online and I got burned and my husband looked on his card and there was a charge again for the same price I paid for the product!! I call and they said we got a membership and we didn't get one, i was like no we didn't and no one said to us anything about a membership to us but tell me something if I'm paying 29.95 a month why am I not getting any makeup in the mail???
