The first harness was very slightly too small so they arranged an exchange and sent out the next size up straight away, very helpful and easy to deal with. The new harness fits perfect and is a beautiful style/design and molly loved the little treats sent out too, will definitely order from you again, thank you x

We received the ‘pups in the wood’ harness in a size medium for our 8 month old spaniel. There is plenty of growing room, it will last a good while! The quality is incredible, the material is lovely and thick and the straps are strong. The harness itself fits perfectly across the front and back making walking a breeze!

Gorgeous harness sets and excellent customer service
We purchased a couple of harness sets for our dog Seamus, from Honey and Biscuit Boutique, and we love them! They are soft yet really sturdy, and the patterns are gorgeous. Our dog is small and low to the ground so he gets a bit dusty on his walks especially in the winter, but these harnesses wash really well and the patterns don't fade at all. The customer service experience is outstanding, with really fast responses. Honey and Biscuit Boutique were happy to let us try the harness on Seamus to make sure it fitted him perfectly. They're so helpful and are truly invested in the happiness of the customer, both the human and the dog!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size…
I accidentally ordered the wrong size order, it was easily amended and what I thought was the correct size sent out.
Turns out I needed the next size up. Returned incorrect harness and the replacement in the correct size was sent within 2 days.
Great service and products. Will definitely order again.
