It was straight forward and easy, even for the technically challenged!

It took ages to arrive then they charged me twice the price advertised ! I sent an email querying the over charge and zero response . I am not a happy customer ! To top it off it the plastic taste made me gag so just a useless scam in my opinion !

Purchased my Honex anti snoring mouth piece and started using it about 10 days ago and the results were immediate. I am actually mind blown how this simple mouth piece has reduce my snoring by 90%+. Personally I never heard myself but my wife is very thankful for this mouth piece now and the fact I don't snore is huge for her and my 1 year old baby... 1000% recommend Honex mouthpiece, it's not a bother at all and I can even use it while I have my invisalign on at night - material is comfy in the louth as well, no complaints there... anyways, if you've been snoring it's the best solution to fix that imo. Too many steps to finish the order, too many popups offering discounts and side buys, not very clear the next steps (in the phone version). You need to be cleaner and more precise, the buyer will shop more with less visual stress

I had been thinking about one of these for a while and what the add talked about made sense. I appreciated that the buying process was quick and easy cause it was getting late and I was ready for sleep

When I first received the anti-snoring mouthpiece, I didn't know how to put on the product correctly, and I wore the mouthpiece upside down for the first 3 nights, causing teeth and palate pain.

I desperately thought this product again might not work on me and wrote an email to the customer service for help. The customer service replied quickly with proper guidance and instruction.

I corrected the way of putting on the mouthpiece, and it started working! Now my sleep is improving every night! Thanks to Honex and its customer service for not letting me give up so quickly on the product and the help that it brings!

Super flimsy. Doesn’t do anything to reduce snoring. Too soft to hold jaw in place or adjust in any way. Waste of money. Probably costs 10cents to make, if that.

The process dealing this company was quick and easy. I have been using a CPap for a year now and hate using it as my sleep is interrupted many times throughout the night.

Still not received my order and no response to my emails. Not happy and no one to complain to 🙄

I purchased the Honex Anti-Snoring Mouthguard in January 2026 after seeing it advertised on Instagram. The company claims the product can help reduce or eliminate snoring, and with over 5,000 five-star reviews displayed on their website, I felt confident enough to take advantage of their “buy 2 for the price of 1” offer.

Unfortunately, the mouthguard did not work for me at all. It failed to provide any noticeable improvement despite following the instructions provided.

What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. Honex advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, but when I attempted to request a refund, I found that email appears to be the only way to contact them. I have sent emails requesting assistance and a refund, yet I have received no response whatsoever.

A money-back guarantee is meaningless if customers cannot get a reply when they try to use it. Based on my experience, the product did not deliver on its claims and the after-sales support has been non-existent. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company, and the lack of communication has seriously undermined my confidence in the business.

Easy website to navigate but I did not appreciate immediate additional marketing saying the item I'd just bought would not do the job of curing snoring and that I needed to spend a further 30$ for another item. I nearly cancelled my order at this point. Be more up front. Offer them as an optional joint purchase. Don't claim the first item cures snoring if it doesn't.

Works do not wake up because of loud snoring. The noise was so loud I would wake the dog and he would paw my head or try to push me. Crappy sleep most of my life even if I was drunk .Thanks never had a sleep study just ignored it and loaded up on caffeine to avoid sleep problems at work . 29 years high stress job when you are young it dose not seem to matter , but as you age naps hit and waist the day.

The product is terrible quality, it does not fit in my mouth properly as it's not custom and does not work. It's a generic dropship product. I had tried to reach out for a cancellation and refund and had silence.

Don't waste your time, the logic is that it will align your lower jaw so your tongue does not fall back and block your airway, it's a joke it barely changes your alignment and it's super uncomfortable. I am very dissatisfied at the crazy mark up and lack of communication. Please do not buy this product. Please do not remove this review I have all the proof that I was a customer and purchased and tested this. I have tried multiple anti-snoring devices and measured my sleep quality this did absolutely NOTHING, is expensive and was uncomfortable.
