Do not trust this website

I unfortunately ordered some mud flaps over 2 weeks ago. They sent me tracking info, which is in limbo. Says it’s arrived at an ups location and been there for 2 weeks now. Ups can’t find it. So hondacarparts said to file a claim through a company called extend. This too seems to be a scam. I’m out $130 now.

These bozos

These bozos, took my order, didn't send a confirmation email, charged my credit card and then said they were holding my order until I verified my VIN. Well, my VIN has been verified on a few other websites, and by my insurance. And what does that have to do with shipping me a mirror that I ordered (and paid mind you) for my brand new Honda? Its not like I ordered C-4, a gun, or Class C drugs and I needed to be vetted and "verified". It Was a mirror. They then acted like it was my fault for being so smart, and explaining the absurdity of their actions and stupid policy. So, now I waited a week, still no mirror. I gave them the option to overnite it on their dime. They didn't. They eventually refunded me the money. All this occurred after I reached out to them after hearing nothing after 1 week and was expecting a shipping confirm or something. What a bunch of fools there.

Hondapartsdirect.com SUCKS. Out of MA somewhere.

I ordered both front cb axles and wheel…

I ordered both front cb axles and wheel bearings for my 2011 Honda accord crosstour . I spent nearly 900$… that’s right 900$ on 2 cv axles and 2 wheel bearings which were advertised as “wheel hubs” and had no picture … regardless , when I received the parts the axles seemed cheap the boots and small tears near the edges not a big deal but the bearings also had the little rubber seals kind of bent in. Also when I received both parts not one paper in either box .. usually a warning to not use an impact on axle but or something . Nothing . I got the parts installed by myself in a few hours . Car drives great honestly a nice fix ….. but abs light, vsc light brake light all came on… hmmm did I damaged a speed sensor pulling the knuckle ? No.. little do I know the wheel bearing has a magnetic encoder ring that the speed sensor reads when driving . So the wheel bearing presses in either way and it’s fully functional but now I have dummy lights on … I understand it’s completely my fault I’m not super mad because the vehicle drives quietly and smooth as ever but now my dash is light up like a tree ! The fix ? New wheel bearing from this place 200$ for nothing and busted my knuckles up!!! For the amount of $ I spend I should have gotten a little piece of paper saying “ please orient this way when installing “ every other part I’ve ever bought had something like this . So pretty disappointed … to say the least

Extremely Poor Service

Ordered a part for my Honda Accord and included the VIN number to ensure proper fitment. The part I received was incorrect, belonging to a different model. I tried to contact them numerous times via the only contact number on the website, but only got a voice message that the voicemail was full and couldn’t receive new messages. I was forced to send an email which took several days for a response. I was informed that I would have to send the part back (shipping paid by me) and that they would charge a restock fee. I asked that they reconsider the restock fee given it wasn’t my mistake. That request went unanswered. I sent the part back and was charged the restock fee anyway. I was able to acquire the part from another parts supplier with no problems. I will never do business with Honda Parts Wholesale again. Extremely poor service. I would’ve given zero stars if I could.

Do not buy anything from them

Do not buy anything from them. I ordered a touch up paint paid a lot of money for shipping and for some reason UPS delivered it but the locker where it was supposed to be was empty. I called them and was told that there were going to be an investigation and so far nothing. Any company would have replace the item but not Honda parts. Horrible customer service.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. This company has a ridiculous return policy and expensive shipping. I ordered the wrong color of a mirror cap, never used it, and they wouldn't refund me. Customer service and care does not exist with this website.

It's been nearly 3 weeks since I placed the order and I still haven't received the parts. Website just says status is "in progress." I used the "contact us" option on the website to inquire and received no response. I emailed to inquire and received no response. I finally called today and had to wait on hold a long time before I was told that the parts came in and would be shipping out today. I asked why their website didn't tell me the product was not in stock when I ordered and I was told they are understaffed right now. Not very good customer service to say the least.

Ridiculous shipping charge!

I ordered what I thought was a set of parking brake shoes for $14.00, the shipping was $15.00 ...ridiculous! What I received was one brake shoe....I admit it was my error... when I re-read what I ordered, I realized that what I ordered was just one brake shoe.... I've worked on automobiles for over 50 years, I've never replaced, ordered, or was even offered to buy just ONE brake shoe! That didn't bother me as much as the $15.00 shipping charge for something that in reality would only cost about $2.00 to ship! The worst part is, I could have gone to Auto Zone and bought a complete set for $24.00......

Purchased two interior parts...they were the wrong color (Fern gray instead of gray)...I sent them back...they failed to refund me because I didn't include the original Honda Sticker that was included on the plastic bag...I indicated that one of the items didn't include a sticker...the bottom line is this company could care less of costumer service or of return business...they were willing to ship it back to me instead of refunding me $30 after their BS 20% restocking fee...unbelievable!...look elsewhere

This is worst shop i have met. They sent the wrong and second-hand parts. The worse thing is that they even charged me all the ridiculous shipping fee and 20% restocking fee for return. Avoid it! Terrible!
