After reviewing our records, we can confirm that your order was shipped via DHL, the shipping notification was sent to you by email together with a tracking number. The tracking information indicates it was delivered on January 16th, as per the estimated delivery date.
Additionally, we did not receive any communication from you regarding any damage to your order.
As outlined in our policy, we take full responsibility for any items that arrive damaged, provided we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we promptly arrange for a replacement.
