Item so small it’s not usable

I ordered a serving plate shown as suitable for carrot sticks and 8 other snacks. The actual item was so small and shallow it is not usable.. this was misrepresented on the website. I’ll never use this company again

Stay away from Homezys.co.uk

The items I bought from Homezys.co.uk were 2 x children bubble guns. The products were shipped from China which I didn't know until after I paid. They arrived in 13 days. The items were not packed in a carton box but directly wrapped in plastic wrap. Therefore, the original boxes were crushed , torn and opened. The toys were not put in a plastic bag neither but directly in its original box. The parts actually fell onto the floor when I opened the plastic wrap. There is no way I could send them as a gift to anyone. If I wanted something cheap, I could have bought from Temu or even Amazon UK as they are a lot cheaper and faster, with good return policy. I asked for return and a refund. They offered me 30% store credit, or 15% refund, which I refused. Then they offered me 70% store credit, or 35% refund, or return the items to China if I want a full refund. I turned down the unreasonable offer as I would not pay for their own mistake. It is their choice to use a bad supplier or a bad handler, no way I am going to pay for their negligence. I am dealing with "Homezys.co.uk" , I don't mind returning the items to anywhere in the UK but NOT overseas. They surely know that the shipment will cost more than the refund, and no customers would like to go through all these trouble. I don't want to go through all these troubles, too, especially for just £50. I gave them a counteroffer. I asked for a 70% refund of the items which is only £35. Since they are a lot more expensive than Temu and Amazon, I believe the 30% would be more than enough for them to cover their cost. They turned down my counteroffer and asked me to fill in the return form, to send the broken boxes of toys back to China with my own cost. Well what about if they argue about the toys are not in good shape when they receive the returned items and refuse to refund?
They made you think that they are a UK company by using a proper UK style website, a name of "homezys.co.uk" on their home page, higher markup price with a return and refund policy. But they didn't tell you that you have to return the products to China.

Stay away from "Homezys.co.uk"! Christmas and New Year are approaching, we need to be alert to this kind of black sheep of the industries. They really hurt the business of other honest and loyal business owners.
I will make a complaint and a claim to my credit card centre. We have to stop this kind of black sheep.

CHEATS!

CHEATS! The worst company to date I have ever dealt with! I was looking for a powerful torch, for an investigation with others in the team. I spotted an advert in Pinterest for very powerful torches that linked me to Homezys. The torch was described as strong aluminium, and took note of the size, very powerful. What I got was a small cheap looking plastic torch, which was by far not as powerful as my team members. I was a laughing stock when they saw my torch, and said it looked like some toy. The price I paid was almost the what others paid for their quality torches. Homezys made me feel like some idiot! Very angry.

Don't be fooled

This product is completely overrated. The promotional videos show you just spray it on and wipe off for a perfect high gloss shine.
Truth is when you spray it onto the paint, you need to rub like mad and really hard. If you don't polish it quickly it leaves a residue which is really hard to remove.
If something looks to good to be true it probably is.
It took my wife and I over an hour of hard labour to do the car. It looked OK after but no better than other similar products out there.
And just so you know it comes in a tiny 120ml bottle which you have to assemble the trigger and tube your self.
I wished I'd done more research before buying five tiny bottles.
