I bought a used Xiaomi Note 8 Pro and was initially a bit sceptical regarding the condition and battery life of a used mobile phone, but was pleasantly surprised.

The phone didn't have a single scratch, a battery health of 98% (measured with the app "Accubattery") and was overall in perfect condition.

Cable and phone charger were still in their original wrapping as well, I'll definitely buy from homezesting again in the future!

I find your service really interesting and i'm mostly satisfied about the Devices i get from you.
But i have some issue when it comes to searching devices on your homepage. is It possible to get an better overview on devices which are available? I always have to search and switch between storage and color to find some available devices.
On the other hand i subscribe to your newsletter to know, when new Products(and which exactly) are available, but never get a Mail with such information.
I also wrote you a Mail the Last time to know if it is possible, to ship my Commands only with DHL. I'm not satisfied with the service of GLS. It is the second time that I have to get something from GLS and it always take too much time. More than 2 days as DHL.
I hope you will take my review in Consideration.

The ordering process went smoothly and the package was delivered quickly.

Unfortunately, the condition of the device (a vacuum cleaner robot) is not convincing. It was sold as "refurbished/used" so I did not expect a new device. However, the robot was very dirty, shows clear signs of use and was not even set to factory defaults. This is not what I expect of "refurbished".

I decided to keep the product anyway, as it is hardly available anywhere else. But next time I would choose a different seller.

Great product and great price would love it if they would sell e-readers in the future!
