Was very happy with everything that was done for me. Lovely Andy came out same day and explained everything as being mid 70s know zero about technology.He was very professional and tidied all the old stuff up.Thankyou very much.

Had my TV hung on the wall by Andy. He was great, and did a great job. Would highly recommend. Price on the phone was around £50 cheaper than what I paid but just pleased that I had the job done.

James was really helpful and sorted our free view connection and tidying up. Made television and sound bat were working correctly and identified that our supposedly new free view box purchased at Argos was actually a return ! Everything worked just fine

Engineer attended today, I paid the call out fee, he gave me a quotation of £273.60 to replace my aerial.
I said no thank you as I think this is very high.

The engineer left and I get a call from Robbie in the office to see why I never went ahead and said the cost was only £179 +vat.

I told Robbie the engineer gave me a different amount and this is a big RED FLAG for this company!

Please do not use them

I feel ripped off as was told I needed a new aerial and it took them 20 minutes to install and I was charged £750!

Twice waited for a booked appointment, twice let down.
Mickey Mouse outfit, don’t waste your time.

Website states that engineer can come out same day. First day I had a phone call to say that the engineer was stuck at a job that was going to take him the rest of the day so could they reschedule to tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and I assume I will be one of the first visits for the engineer as I was cancelled the day before and instead I wait in all day for a 2nd day to have a phone call at 3pm saying again that the engineer can’t make it today. They shouldn’t be advertising same day call outs if they can not facilitate this and should instead actually book appointments in.

Super quick service to remove an old aerial from our roof. Communication, from booking to arrival of technician, was excellent and job was reasonably priced.

Gavin was great and did a fantastic job with my aerial

First visit to install satellite, ripped chuckled in wall and printed to repair - never came back.
Second request to mount tv simply didn’t turn up - I called the main number and rang back 15 mins to say he’s not working !
Cowboys, amateurs, poor communication bad workmanship

Pleasant engineer came and reviewed what we wanted and was open about the quote. A little bit on the expensive side but tbh I can’t fault the work. I now have WiFi in my garden and in the garage. I would recommend them for getting the job done and doing it well.

Man turns up and says the Ariel was too big,the put a new aerial up, and old aerial was dropped to the ground then he came for payment didn’t ask if the picture on the tv was ok. Then the tv picture was not good especially when the wind blew. He didn’t even move the old antenna that he had dropped still there I didn’t know. The service I’ve had is not acceptable

The engineer was bang on time, and very polite. He did the job of setting up my new tv with existing virgin box,and synced the remotes for me. However, I was shocked at the price! It was £97! Way too expensive 25

The engineer obviously knew what he was doing!
He explained everything in language I could understand!

Arrived the next day and complete job to a very good standard

And Two men arrived same day very polite played around with his little box noticed amplifier was working up to TV said it's the amplifier on Ariel put new amplifier on Ariel and new amplifier behind TV checked it all again it was ok 30 minutes work had to get it done it was for my disabled 92 year old mother BUT THE PRICE SHOCK £322 I did ring another company and explained all details only to find out it would be £ 107 cheaper can't see me using home vision again and I'm also on a pension the saving is a lot to me

The engineer who assessed and then returned to for our aerial was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.

Very nice guy, Stuart (same name as my Scottish-born cousin's son). Highly efficient and the result is perfect. What I didn't realise was that my second television lost all connection, so will wait until I can afford it to restore channels (my own attempts were unsuccessful). But yeah, excellent work by Stuart - thanks, Kate Downing 👍

Pete Watson rebooted us after BT cut our link to wi fi during a compulsory change to digital voice technology daved the day and our important recording process for security

Great service with really speedy service. Would definitely use them again
