First fitted cable as thought all I needed month later picture was bad came back told needed new Ariel no problem cost both jobs £350 two month Dow the line picture bad phoned told was on warrant so would come out .one week and two days nobody keep saying engineer busy out next day then got big job out next day then sick out Monday .still nobody they phoned with another excuse told them not to bother .would get somebody myself so unreliable .would not recommend.

I filled out an online form to book in a visit to look at our TV signal issue. I had a call back in less than two minutes and an engineer booked to visit the next morning. Russell came out, diagnosed the issue and set about replacing our aerial after it was clear the aerial was faulty and beyond repair. Russell was extremely friendly, polite and professional. The work was done super quickly and he checked and demonstrated everything was working before leaving. I was informed of the cost up front before work even began and overall, really really impressed with the work.

I needed a redundant external Sky satellite dish removed. Homevision were competitively priced.
Salim was very professional, courteous. He took great care in removing the dish from three storeys up, at the rear of the house. I would use Homevision again. Great job by Salim.

A very quick response and a very knowledgeable and helpful engineer. Nothing not to recommend but...... I stupidly didn't ask for a quote as it would need doing whatever. To replace my old box with a new booster box under my tv , which boosts 3 other tiny sets and to check/ retune them cost £466.80. I certainly could,not afford to add on an extended warranty£100 to £200 more. Perhaps I am out of touch with prices but being only a state pension I was shocked. Just be aware

Outstanding service, I had phoned in the morning because my aerial wasn't working. By 3pm that afternoon everything was fixed. Ashley was an exemplary engineer, I cannot praise him enough.

Our issue with Internet connection was solved. Wayne explained the problem in simple terms that we could understand. He was professional and friendly. It was very expensive in total but the elements were broken down and made clear.

Came same day. Diagnosed the problem (faulty booster box) and fitted replacement! TV has been fine since. Chap was friendly and competent. Not cheap (£202 including £169 for booster box) but that may well be about right! Found an old invoice of theirs so I've used them before!

Quoted one price over the phone, then the cost increased by around £300 when the engineer arrived. We were also told we’d face a high call-out fee if we didn’t proceed, which felt misleading and pressurising.

The old aerial was left on the roof because the engineer didn’t have the right ladders. It later fell in high winds, creating a safety risk. Our complaint was met with a generic copy-and-paste response that ignored our concerns entirely.

Proceed with caution — unexpected price increases and very poor customer service.

Harry was great - very knowledgeable, and set up our satellite and Starlink quickly and neatly. Very impressed by this service and I'd happily recommend Homevision.

We have used Homevision a few times now for installing Starlink and a couple of CCTV systems at our home and our business premises. On all three occasions Harry the engineer was on time and very professional. From the initial enquiry all the way through to Harry’s arrival we were kept updated. We shopped around for prices before deciding to use Homevision based on the professionalism and very competitive price. We are very happy with the systems and we would definitely recommend Homevision to anybody looking for this type of service. You get what you pay for, quality comes with a price! This company are excellent. Friendly on time engineer. This is the 2nd time we have used this company, the first to mount 2 TV,s on the wall , the 2nd to mount another TV in the bedroom. They do an excellent job. Would definitely recommend and would use this company again.
