Fraud ! took my money and didnt send goods. I called the business listed as theirs and they didnt have a clue. I am now trying to get my money back

Took money, no goods, no correspondence
Took money, no sign of the goods and hasn't responded to multiple enquiry emails. Either a scam or an unbelievably poorly run business.
No idea if they will arrive (probably not) and now I'm stuck waiting to pursue a Section 75 or chargeback to recover a not inconsiderable amount of money.
