We used Hometown for our recent move out of Petersfield. They took all the stress out of moving and were professional, courteous and friendly, leaving us completely stress-free. They continually checked on our belongings and made sure they fully understood any special instructions that we gave them. We decided to use their packing service, which went flawlessly, and their dismantle/reassembling, which saved us making 2 beds and 4 wardrobes on the other side. We will definitely use them again if we move again, and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

We were very anxious about the whole moving experience but Hometown Logistics made it so easy and relaxing. Paul, Alex and the team of 5 had everything securely loaded into 5 Luton’s, vans and trucks and safely on its way to our new home 30 miles away. At the other end, they unloaded and put everything, including an upright piano, where we wanted it. They were so helpful and respectful to both our old and new properties that it made moving a pleasurable experience. I will definitely use them again when the time comes and would highly recommend them.

This was the second time I have used Hometown and twice they have now been absolutely brilliant. This was a tricky job with a very heavy object which had to be hand carried a long way around building work. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Ben thinks of everything. And they are lovely lads. Thank you!

The ladies that I dealt with to arrange a house clearance were very professional and helpful. The men arrived promptly on the day and were very polite and cleared the house in a timely manner. I would have no hesitation recommending this company.

From start to finish these guys have been absolutely fantastic, organised and professional. Our move was large and complex, split over 2 very hot days and 3 local locations. Whilst there a lot of waiting around (circumstances beyond our control), the team remained patient and friendly throughout, and made the whole move much easier than expected.

We had a team of six pack and move us - my first experience of this and it was the best thing we ever did! Hometown were exceptional, they worked so hard in 30+ degree heat and everything was packed really well. The move felt smooth, stressless and they were just really nice and friendly to boot. I can't recommend them enough.

Ikea furniture put together, came on time, everything completed to a high standard, and good value, can't ask for anything more

This fantastic team have just moved us from Alton, Hants to Somerset and they couldn’t have made the experience a smoother one. Very helpful company from start to finish. Needed a bed and mattress moved up to a family member. They fitted in with our timescale, wrapped the mattress and delivered room to room, removal team were polite and friendly, would happily use again.

Excellent service from first contact to removal of my sofa. The removal was challenging due to narrow doorways but they appeared unfazed and completed the job efficiently

Nothing but professional. Turned up exactly on time , extremely friendly and made me fill so relaxed. Moving is so stressful and they made it the easiest thing I’ve ever done . Even down to a settee not going through a door . They happily took apart and remade in my flat . Nothing but 5 star xxx

I have nothing but praise for the professional and efficient way in which the team from Hometown dealt with my recent house move. Steve, Ben, Paul and Alex were courteous, patient and friendly. No time was wasted and good humour prevailed. Two of the crew have been back to clear some garden waste, just as efficiently as before, and Flur’s organisation ‘behind the scenes’ has been equally helpful and praiseworthy.

Thank you so much to Hometown Logistics for making our recent house move such an easy and enjoyable experience! Ben, Alex, Paul and Abi arrived on time and had our flat packed into the vans in no time at all. Once arriving at our new house, the team unloaded (again in a very timely manner) and they then helped to build the bedroom furniture so our first night in our new home was very comfortable!
