This is my order number [Order #119049] (20 November 2025)
I made my order on 20th November and received immediate confirmation with delivery times stated 5 to 7 days. For the last 4 days I have been trying to cancel my order using the online chat facility but it will not process this request even though the items have not been dispatched and I have not been sent a tracking number.
I have also tried using the company on line contact page and this is continuously not functioning. There is no way to resolve this issue and I’m getting concerned as I wish to cancel the order and have a refund. This is my consumer rights and they have already taken payment from my bank account.
I am seriously concerned about how this company is handling its business and will be taking this matter further if I do not hear back from the company immediately.
This is an update following my review:
I had an immediate response from customer service who provided an email address for me to send evidence that I was experiencing functionality issues with their website and contact page. My screen shots demonstrated that the issue was occurring at their end and not at mine. Here is the reply that I received by return. And I can confirm that a refund was immediately actioned and has landed in my account.
I have used the company on two previous occasions without issues.
Unfortunately, confidence and trust can easily be damaged when customers experience difficulties in making contact with sellers. This issue was resolved satisfactorily and has restored my confidence in the company’s authenticity.
Dear *****
I do apologise for the issues you have been facing. I have issued you a full refund for your order. I can confirm the reason why it wasn't able to be cancelled was because the order status was back order as the 20% gel is currently out of stock. The chat bot only cancels orders automatically when they are in a new status. We will look to see if we can change this to prevent similar issues.
Regarding the email issue, we have identified the problem which was down to anti spam protection but this was blocking out some non spam traffic. It has now been resolved, thank you for making us aware of this.
Kind Regards

The product arrived quickly than expected and the actual item I ordered works fantastic, this is now my 3rd order placed with this company. Thank you for being awesome and caring for your customers.
I've used HTW for over 10years and wouldn't use any other supplier. Genuine products at reasonable pricing, great customer liaison. I only need to tweak couple times /year now and I can trust HTW to deliver what I need.100%recommend!
Never received the item as it wasn’t actually posted in my letterbox - Royal Mail shared an image of the box partially in but mostly hanging out of the letterbox which resulted in it being stolen. The company refused to contact Royal Mail and made up so many excuses as though Royal Mail were their client and refused to resend any package. Avoid at all costs. Unprofessional and clearly not here for customer service or satisfaction but to take your money. Wonder if the package was even taken back to them given the amount of excuses they made for royal mails inability to actually push the package right into the letterbox or to knock on the door of the house to ensure it was delivered than leaving it hanging out for any passbuyer to steal!

Product never arrived even thought it says delivered - it’s just a picture in the dark
Chat functionality is useless
Yet to receive a response or solution but get the feeling I won’t be seeing the product or my money.
Use with caution

This company raises serious concerns. Please be cautious before ordering. I’ve also included how I got a refund, in case others experience the same issues.
My experience closely matched many of the negative reviews already posted here.
1. Delivery issues
The delivery address I entered at checkout was changed, and the parcel was delivered to a completely different postcode. I never received the item. Other reviews report empty parcels or packages containing only a packing slip.
2. No verifiable business details
I was unable to verify any legitimate company behind this website.
The name in their privacy policy (“Everlasting Retail Co Limited”) does not appear on Companies House.
Their Google Ads show a company called “Elite Commerce – FZCO” based in the UAE, but I could not find any record of this business.
The return address on the parcel points to Whistl Bolton, which is a fulfilment/logistics depot rather than the seller.
No physical address or phone number is provided on their website.
These factors made it impossible to confirm who I was actually buying from.
3. Concerning communication
After I disputed my payment with the bank, I received a new email claiming my original order was “unsuccessful”, despite receiving an order confirmation and dispatch notice earlier. This contradicted their previous communications.
4. About the positive reviews
Several of the positive reviews appear to come from accounts with very generic names (e.g., “customer”). This, combined with the other issues, made me question their authenticity.
5. Customer service
My interactions with customer service were abrupt and unhelpful, and none of my questions about their business identity were answered.
How I obtained a refund (for anyone else experiencing this)
The merchant would not resolve the issue, so I had to go through my bank.
If this happens to you:
Request a chargeback from your bank.
Provide:
A photo/screenshot of your correct address
The Royal Mail delivery photo (showing a different address)
Your order confirmation
Any contradictory emails from the company
Under UK consumer law, the seller is responsible for ensuring the goods reach your correct address. If the address was altered or incomplete, Royal Mail should not have delivered it, and the seller remains liable.
Final thoughts
Based on my experience and the information I found, I personally would not order from this website again. I strongly suggest researching this company carefully before making a purchase.
I ordered crest professional teeth whitening strips and paid for 10 which is the recommended 10 day I’ve used these for years. Now, let’s see what this means. The sealed packet contains one application for lower and upper
This company is. CON they have ROBBED me.
Basically, they are scamming people out of full treatments. 1strip for upper teeth is not a full treatment.
Do not buy
34 pounds for 10 measly packets (containing lower and upper teeth treatment on one piece of plastic) of crest strips.

I have been using the max home teeth whitening and it has transformed my teeth.
My teeth now looks very white
Great products at reasonable prices. Fast delivery and good customer service. Cant go wrong!
Home Teeth Whitening have acted disgracefully. I placed an order due for delivery on 4 October 2025 and Royal Mail’s tracking photo clearly shows it was delivered to the wrong address at a completely different property with a different door, letterbox and street row. The company themselves informed me that Royal Mail had delivered the parcel to the wrong address. I already had the photographic evidence from Royal Mail and simply endorsed it with my own photo of my letterbox, which is visibly different from the one where the parcel was delivered. Despite this, they have refused to refund or replace the item.Instead they are hiding behind a so-called Royal Mail investigation, claiming they cannot act until it concludes, with no timeframe or accountability. That is not how consumer law works. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the seller is legally responsible for ensuring goods are delivered to the buyer, not to another address.Their communication has been evasive, dismissive and unprofessional. I have now reported the company to Citizens Advice for referral to Trading Standards and initiated a chargeback through my bank. I strongly warn others not to purchase from this company.
Update in response to the company’s reply:
Their public response is provably false and deliberately misleading. Their own support team confirmed in writing on 8 October that my parcel was delivered to a completely different address, which matches the Royal Mail photo evidence I supplied. I’ve rechecked the order details and the delivery address on my order was 100% correct — I have written proof that their team admitted delivery to the wrong address. Despite that, they’ve published false statements here to protect their reputation. The “investigation” with Royal Mail was only opened after I provided the evidence, not before. They have repeatedly refused to refund until Royal Mail confirms liability, which breaches their legal duty under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It’s also incorrect to claim it’s legal for someone to keep mail not addressed to them (Postal Services Act 2000). It’s notable they’ve only replied to my review while ignoring others with similar complaints. This behaviour speaks for itself. I’ll be reporting full evidence to Trading Standards and my bank.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered some apparent 9.5% peroxide gel which hasn’t worked atall . Really poor product and expensive. I reached out to the customer service team and I received a really rude response from Hayley telling me to get composite bonding if I want good results. I’ve used whitening get for years and I know how it works . This company and especially Hayley are to be avoided .
I use teeth whitening gel 22 %
This Company and many other similar Companies seem to be potentially selling fake Crest teeth whitening strips from abroad into the UK. They don't come in full packaging, rather they charge even more for that as an "Ideal Gift".
I got mine in cheap black plastic smooth wrappers that are enclosed by sticky note barcodes, but the strips themselves were in its own sleeve which is apparently normal based on the official Crest website. The website states it is delivered from America, so maybe that is why the sleeved package is also written in Spanish, though I still hold great suspicion.
The strips themselves have no smell, which is suspicious to me because the official Crest website states that the strips include Sodium Hydroxide and Sodium Saccharin, this gives it a more plesent taste, yet these taste like absolutely nothing, no matter how much I lick them in the backside on my teeth. Which is what is drawing my suspicion that maybe the product is being manufactured abroad, but not with the exact formula and potentially are just selling us gel with no Peroxide on the sticky strips for a snake oil bargain on there part.
The other reviews here are recent and suggesting similar problems to do with delivery and the refund eligibility they advertise. The website also states "free delivery on over £50" but in reality it just puts it as standard shipping and still charges you anyway. I will change this review in 3-20 days if I see satisfying improvements. If I do, infact, not have the 40 strips I paid for when I open the rest, then I will leave this a 1 star.
Only got half my order would not recommend
⚠️ Be warned: This company is not UK-based. Products arrive in plain packaging with no instructions or company details. Returns are difficult and costly — you pay tracked postage, they deduct “restock” fees, and even delivery they called “free” is later charged. Took me a month of emails to get only a partial refund. Avoid!
Customer service will not respond promptly.
Cannot change order if dispatched but dispatch is quicker than any of the customer service response time.
No returns on any of their products. Avoid like the plague.
I have no complaints as it done exactly what I wanted. You can also get the results your after very quick.
I have been using hometeethwhitening.com as a loyal customer for several years now. My purchases always arrive on time and anytime I have contacted customer support the response has been prompt. The company also has a great selection of products.
