The staff was consistent in their follow up but not overly pushy. My situation had a few delays caused totally by my inability to get answers from contractors. I found the staff to be professional and knowledgeable.

We looked up some websites that could help us out with using equity from our home and my wife found Hometap, it made the most sense,we started our application April 22nd and we had the pleasure working with Eugene kopman and he guided us with ease and professionalism and was so clear with what was going to take place with our homes equity and we really appreciate the time he took to explain everything

I had a wonderful experience with my representative Pollo Hsu. She was incredibly patient and helpful to me as an older first time customer in the home equity experience. She worked with me in every avenue of communication, texting, phone calls and emails. And we are on different time lines and coast, east and west coast. She very graciously took all of this into account. Was not put off by my my questions and hesitancy when I was unsure of things. I even misunderstood at one time what we were doing and went 2 weeks with no communication as I thought we were done with what she needed to start our process. When I reached out to find out what was happening and we both realize there was that miscommunication we were able to pick right up and continue on. Discriminations process and Underwriter illegal rules instructing clients to get Guaranteed replacement cost for the home property, but there are no Home insurances that can issues guaranteed replacement cost for 1975 house, it does not exist.
Another Class Action Suits for this Illegal transactions Real Estate business. Ratings must be Negative 5 Stars.
