Stay away from these scammers!

Stay away from this company. They are scammers and will continue to find many excuses for their SH!T service.
I am still waiting after requesting a refund from July so will keep posting till, I get this sorted. I have also sought legal advice as they have threatened to forfeit my refund because I cancelled due to non-delivery. Not sure what law covers them, but I certainly know what law covers me!

Beware: HomeSweetHome Furniture Puts Profit Before Customer Satisfaction

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with HomeSweetHome Furniture recently, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for recliner sofa, but before they were even delivered, I had to request for refund as it would not fit in our living room. Little did I know, this would lead me into a tangled web of frustration and disappointment.

Upon contacting HomeSweetHome to cancel my order and request a refund, I was met with sheer resistance. Despite explaining my situation politely, their sales representative was cold and indifferent. They callously pointed to their strict no-refund policy, claiming that once an order is placed, there's no turning back.

But what struck me the hardest was their audacity to suggest I take my grievances to fair trade. As if it's the responsibility of consumers to fight against a company's unfair practices! It's clear that HomeSweetHome Furniture cares more about protecting their bottom line than ensuring customer satisfaction.

The lack of empathy and understanding from HomeSweetHome's customer service team is appalling. Their unwillingness to accommodate reasonable requests demonstrates a blatant disregard for customer loyalty and basic decency. I urge anyone considering purchasing from HomeSweetHome Furniture to proceed with extreme caution. You might end up stuck with furniture you don't want and a bitter taste in your mouth. Avoid this company at all costs.
