The Christmas decorations referenced were purchased on 28th November and returned on 22nd December, 23 days after purchase, with a request for a refund due to a change of mind, as you stated the items did not suit. Our returns policy, which is clearly displayed beside the till where these items were purchased, clearly states that refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases and that items must be returned within 14 days. Seasonal items are also excluded from refund, as outlined in our policy.
Regarding your comments about staff conduct, we would like to clarify that our team member did provide her first name when requested. She declined to provide her surname, which is reasonable, as this is private information and not required to be shared with customers.
We also note, from publicly available review history, that a significant number 27 out of 29 of your reviews across multiple businesses reflect similar concerns. While we respect every customer’s right to share feedback, we stand by our team and our policies, which are applied consistently and fairly to all customers.
