The legal term for this review is defamation as it's the second experience in which you have tried to defame us with lies.
You're clearly a disgruntled individual and by your own admission not a customer of ours. It's worrying to see that you have left so many negative reviews, it makes one think that it would be almost impossible for you to be happy with any kind of service that you receive, and the fact that you hide behind a keyboard to express your feedback speaks volumes.

The salesman in question is fantastic at all that he does, and goes above and beyond for our lovely customers, and we are pleased to say that you aren’t one of those as any reasonable human being would understand the circumstances.
Ms Smith, as a small business, we take the health and safety of our team very seriously and it was explained to you the reasoning as to why there was a change in your appointment.
The fact that you “didn’t believe him” clearly highlights that you’ve been stood up far too many times, which has caused self-doubt and confidence issues, as such this is NOT a reflection on our professionalism as a company.
If you feel that one phone call was bombarding you, we apologise for that.
