Very good after sales service to inform clearly the delivery date and time. Even checked whether the chair is delivered on time and how we find the conditions . Richard is especially very responsible and responsive/proactive . Emails are replied on the same day. Super customer service!!

Recently purchased a Fleetwood FL01 Task Chair and have been extremely impressed with both the chair and the company.
I initially emailed them as was unsure which model suited my requirements and they came back quickly with a detailed and helpful response.
I also couldn't choose between Main Line Plus or Vita fabric so they sent me out a sample of both fabrics in my chosen colours to help me make my decision, this arrived within two days.
Once I had placed my order I was kept informed and the chair arrived much quicker than expected.
The build quality is superb and it is so much more comfortable than the chair I was replacing.
The level of adjustment possible with this model means I can get it set just right for my requirements and already after only a few days of usage I feel I am sitting much better than I did with my previous chair and it will undoubtedly help with my back ache I get when sitting for long hours working in front of the computer. I chose memory foam seat as an optional extra and it was worth the extra cost.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products to anyone who is looking for a high quality, comfortable office chair at a reasonable price.
