Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service
After emailing customer services to request a fabric swatch the response was very efficient. DAN MIR replied/assisted and got in touch with the supplier to request the swatch. He kept me updated on progress which was very much appreciated and offered ongoing assistance if required. Excellent customer service!

Great value items as always

Great value items as always. Nice to see top of the range products too, which tend to last longer. Have shopped with them before and always had great satisfaction from them, both in terms of quality and helpful assistance.

HOORAY HOMESTORE UK

I was unsure to buy as some reviews weren't great. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I bought a bed which was way cheaper than anywhere else. I contacted the company and their response was immediate. They delivered long before they were supposed to and personally just thought they were excellent to deal with . So don't be put off these guys were excellent from start to finish 👏

If I could leave no stars I would, I have
paid out right for a sofa from this company and an extra for delivery.which they told me it would be ready in 6-8 weeks I had been in touch with them as it had reached 10/11 weeks. And I have been lied to time and time again by this company. Someone even called me to say it had been dispatched a few weeks ago to then be told a week later (after I kept contacting them to see about a delivery date) that the sofa wasn’t ready even although I had already had a call to say it was on its way! I have asked for my money back to which they keep replying saying it’s in process (which I don’t believe) to now ignoring leaving me with no sofa and no money to shop elsewhere for another one. It’s a complete disgrace of a company. I would definitely advise anyone thinking of purchasing any items from this company to think twice about it. My only saving grace is I paid by PayPal which I should get my money back eventually! Please beware

Absolutely in love!

When I decided to buy a closet, I was told to order my closet from this company and I’m so glad I did because I’m in love with my wardrobe. The amount of space you have inside is amazing. The delivery and fitting service are very kind to you. (Even when you forget to say that you live in a flat with stairs and no lift). I would 100% recommend this company to my friends and family.

Please read before buying

Customer service is absolutely dreadful!! Brought 4 chairs of them costing £440 & two of the chairs are falling apart! This was 6 weeks after having them! The beading of the chair is coming of! The fabric is coming apart! & the chair legs are falling of. They told me the chair legs need tightening but that’s not the case, as we have tightened them several times!! My daughter who is 3 years of age has fallen of this chair & cracked her head because the chair leg had gone in! They said they can’t do anything about this!!! Disgusting considering we paid good money for the chairs. I advise you do NOT buy from these people

I know it is same company also known as dream empire and you had a store in Richmond where I placed my order, I’m chasing the company director Habib and

I had a very bad experience with them,They could not deliver my furniture on time and the one of the wardrobe door still missing ,I m chasing them from last December but till date nothing has been done so far.

Dear customer before you putting wrong review please check proper company name and address basically you are chasing some other company since last year which is similar name to us because homestoreuk website launching date was feb 2021 so how could you buy wardrobe from us when this website wasn't available in dec 2020 basically in UK many company name is homestore and they not homestoreuk please provide us proff that you bought furniture from any invoice or receipt which is under the name of homestore uk
