My refrigerator was freezing everything in the fridge and I called them and they sent a work order to the repairman and he came and could not fix it because it would cost more than a new fridge so they denied my case said they don’t warranty freezing even if the fridge is inside the house now they say they will not reimburse me for that call because it was refused because of freezing now I’m out 150& this place is a joke so all of you will see when you need them

My Claim was DENIED because I have a well and Hard Water...I feel like I was misled when they called me to purchase this insurance that is not worth the paper it was written on...BEWARE

The customer services dept is beyond. The representative are rude supervisor refuses to get on the telephone and address customer concerns about there account and if you can't speak to me you don't need my business at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I approached Homesafe after viewing there sign on the roundabout near my house. They came in with the a good price and provided me with a good insight into windows and doors. They did an efficient job that was done in no time. I would recommend Homesafe HOWEVER the scaffold was left up for a week which was a bit of a burden. None the less a very happy customer. We have used HomeSafe for the renevation of our property and I could not be more pleased with them from start to finish.
My wife and I both work hectic schedules and so they were very accomodating and flexible to make sure that they could find a time that both suited us; landing on a weekend.

We had a lovely chap called Ben pop round and he explained the whole format of the appointment and more abit Homesafe before he went round and measured up our windows and doors.

He was very helpful in explaining the different products that they offer and which ones would be best suited for our property and our needs. We took his advice, got our installation booked in and in no time they were round putting it all in!

The fitter was equally prompt explaining what he was going to do; made sure the surrounding area and all our property was protected. Upon completion he cleared away all his rubbish and took it away with him!

The entire team that we interacted with was so pleasant and informative; I have previously worked in building maintenance and so I've come across quite a few companies in this space before and know that this is not always the case!

I couldn't recommend Homesafe more as a supplier of quality products and services. Thank you for your hard work!

Always a little apprehensive when it comes to a cold call, but having listened to what Homesafe had to offer and their transparent pricing I decided to give them a go. My new grey windows look great and for once my Mrs has a smile on her face...
Would highly recommend Homesafe to anyone, Ben dealt with us and he was great.

Just what we wanted. A no non-sense sales presentation where product benefits are put in leighman terms for even me (no idea when it comes to windows and doors) to understand what they offer. Having had a national company round previously, it was refreshing to get a local company in who simply tell one price and not five. Back of the house is next and I'll be back. Special mention to the fitters Ady and Paul, left the house tidyer when they left than it was before the came. Top job.

Incredible service provided by Homesafe. After moving into my new property and finding a fault on the door which needed emergency replacement, I contacted Homesafe and they were out within a flash! I was greeted by friendly staff who put my worries at ease. They quickly provided me with a range of options and reasonable prices to replace my door in the most efficient and convenient way possible. My new front door looks great and the service in which it was delivered and fitted was second to none!

I am very happy with the all round service from Homesafe. I received a few quotes from numerous companies and Homesafe was excellent value for money for the quality of our door.
The sales man was polite and helpful and the installation team were very quick with minimal mess and maximum efficiency. I couldn’t be happier and would definitely recommend.
