I didn’t have to wait 7 to 10 days before getting a contracted company to come to my house and confirm there’s a problem, you guys are very professional and helpful in getting help to fix any problems. Also it’s nice to actually talk to a person when you have a problem instead of emails or texts that most other warranty companies do.

This was my second positive experience with HomeSafe.
On this occasion my 2 yr old dishwasher started making a loud, odd noise and the lower wash arm stopped turning. I called HomeSafe and they arranged for a technician to examine my appliance the same day I called. He left uncertain about what was wrong but when I followed up with HomeSafe they agreed to cover the complete cost of a replacement dishwasher. That included delivery, installation and tax on a replacement dishwasher. The replacement offered was the same brand that failed but they gave me the option to receive cash instead. The amount was very reasonable and I was satisfied.
I should also mention that my first experience provided a reasonable cash offer to replace a 31 year old wall oven for which parts were no longer available.
Overall I’m pleased with HomeSafe.

HomeSafe failed to cover the repair of 2 toilets
HomeSafe did not cover any costs for the repair or replacement of two leaking toilets that had age related cracks in the tanks. I had to pay the full cost of $1,650 to replace these two toilets.
