My package was sent back to the sender…
My package was sent back to the sender for absolutely no reason. I tried to contact the company to try and arrange things but couldn’t. Never trusting again.

There was some issue with the homerr punt and no resolution has been provided yet
There was some issue with the homerr punt where I would send my package. The person was super rude with me, made some mistake by his own, and wanted to blame me for it. I contacted homerr via email (the only communication way with them that I could find), and they replied saying they would solve it. It's been more than a week now and so far no further assistance. I had to buy another label to send the package, and asked for a reimbursement. So far, nothing from them.
