Great service and product
50's wiring loom was well packaged, well presented and the product works exactly as required.
Wiring instructions could be easier to find and follow, but not the end of the world if you know what you are doing.

Appreciate the feedback in regards to the instructions, sorry to hear they weren't quite as hoped. In case it helps, on the product listing, there is a dedicated section with direct links to any relevant diagrams and instructions/guides. So the wiring diagram for the specific kit, my general install guide, the dedicated Les Paul install guide, making soldered ground connection to pot casings etc help guide and general FAQ's too.
I am 100% always looking for ways to improve this, I'm super conscious there is a hell of a lot of info to try and share about each individual kit. I recently re-worked the dedicated wiring diagrams section that's linked from the main navigation menu, so it breaks down each guitar type better etc, but if you have any suggestions from your experience, I'd be really greateful for any feedback like that. Always tricky to see things from another viewpoint when I've been so emersed in making the website etc over the years, so outside feedback always welcomed!

Excellent customer service, top quality wiring harness
I reached out to James via email with a query about a custom wiring harness for my super strat, he responded very quickly, asked question, asked for photos and was very attentive to make sure I got what I needed. Once he gave me all my options and I made payment then loom was made and dispatched within a day and is now currently soldered in my guitar and sounds great. The level of customer service means I'll be returning for all my other needs, thank you very much!!!

Top class customer service
I had to replace a faulty volume pot on an old guitar, but I have no experience, skills or equipment. Someone recommended Home of Tone and when I emailed James with my problem, he immediately replied with an incredibly detailed breakdown of exactly what I needed and how to do it. His solderless pot is a fantastic bit of kit and thanks to his instructions and advice it was easy to install. It works perfectly and has breathed new life into an old guitar. I cannot praise James highly enough. His customer service is absolutely first class, as is his product. If ever I have need of replacement parts, I know exactly where to come!
