Not a good experience

Not a good experience, I will not be placing any further orders.
I placed several orders but as soon as anything goes slightly wrong you find out that HONA Customer service is non-existent and uncaring.

Also be aware of HONA’s nail tools they are really short and over priced. Would definitely not recommend

Absolutely awful experience

Absolutely awful experience with company received two pots of gel in my order that were leaking and also received a brush that was bent in half. I was told to wipe the pots and that they would be fine, I said that I was obviously not happy with this as that is wasted product to which they said they would send new ones out if I sent the other ones back. Returned items to them be told I would have to order again and given a 25% off code. The items I bought were in the sale and the 25% off doesn’t even amount to the same price plus I would have to pay for shipping again this company is awful what happened to good customer service. I was going to be switching over to them but think I will just go to mail order instead now!

VERY disappointed

HONA Skin and Nail Products … oh dear. What a shame. When things don’t go to plan, customer service disappears. Patronising, unhelpful and dismissive.

I thought you were the good guys…. My bad.

Very disappointed. Undecided about any future orders….
