The product is great and installed with care from the technicians.

But … Overall from project start to completion there were a lot of delays despite choosing the company because of the promise of a quick install date. Promised install and system functioning by August 2024, as of October 28th 2024 the system is still not online) Customer service was not helpful / did not return calls, their only fast response time was when they were asking that invoices were to be paid. Do not believe the quoted installation dates.
Furthermore, they sold us components that were not compatible with the rest of the components they sold us, not just once, this means the system is simply not as sold, without the functions as promised.
It seemed irrelevant to them that their customer needed to take time off from work to sit at home and wait for installation and deliveries, on multiple occasions product was simply not delivered on the days they said meaning another day of work was wasted. Only the threat of legal action seemed to slightly accelerate the installation date, I am not a person who likes to work like this, especially for such a big ticket item.

The company required the full payment before activating the photovoltaic system. After the activation (6 week later) came the technician to connect to the municipal energy net and noted that the system was wrong and cannot be connected. After several calls and complaints i am still waiting to get a date by when they can fix the problem. (5 weeks passed!). So basically, money paid, wrong installation, no appointment to fix it. Thanks for stealing
