Great little company

Great little company. Found the 'aydon' handle which works well as an appliance handle. Discovered some other styles too which would work in our renovation. Will shop again. Fast dispatch.

Still awaiting refund over 4 months later!

Having placed an order for some handles back last year, I needed to return them as they weren’t suitable for what we needed.
They were sent back on 1st October 2025 and we are now in February 2026 and still no refund received. Multiple chaser emails send and no response being received.

I have sent proof of tracked postage back to you which showed they were delivered by Royal Mail on 2nd October and since then, you have ignored all email communication.

This is really unacceptable and such poor customer service!

I would avoid at all costs as they receive their goods back and still keep your money!

Recommended

We bought some handles in two styles for our kitchen. The team helped us with matching styles and offered alternatives when we weren't sure. Buying handles are expensive and a hard decision to make but we were happy we chose from home luxe.

Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service and the handles I received were not the best quality. I wouldn’t recommend at all.

I placed an order for some bamboo style handles, which were delivered really quickly. However, they weren’t the best quality for a number of reasons (and these weren’t cheap). The seller replied quickly when I reached out to them requesting a full replacement of the order, but I heard nothing for 7 days when I asked for pre-paid postage label to return them.

After I got back in touch with them, a postage label was sent and I could see when the item had been returned and received. Again, no communication to confirm this. I emailed 6 days later to ask when the replacement order is going to be sent and waited over 24 hours before opening a PayPal dispute to get a refund instead due to no response.

I managed to receive a very quick reply from the seller via the PayPal dispute centre once I had done this though.

Really poor experience all round.

Exceptional communication

Exceptional communication
I work for a residential construction company and often find myself ordering items from unknown sellers in other countries, which can be unnerving. I needed to order a large quantity, so reached out to the seller. She was quick to respond and shipped out my order quickly. It was international, so it took a good deal of time to arrive. I was not able to inspect the box until a couple of months after arrival and found it was missing an item. I emailed her and within a day had received a credit and had my replacement parts in transit. The parts were well packed and arrived undamaged.

Horrible crooks

I can’t believe I didn’t read the reviews and placed an order with these crooks. Order not shipped and no answer to any emails asking for an update.

Hi Anca, you placed your order on Thursday 30th January after our delivery cut off. The parcel was sent and then delivered on 7th February - one week from initial purchase to sending and receiving your items in the post. I'm sorry if you think we are 'crooks' however there was a weekend to factor in and Royal Mail 2nd class does take 2-4 working days to arrive. I hope you like your handles.

Awful

Awful, I placed an order 8 weeks ago that has still not been shipped, I have sent emails and tried to contact the company on different platforms and via telephone to see what has happened to the order or get a refund and have had no reply.
