AWFUL EXPERIENCE

DO NOT ADVISE- THEY WILL DEDUCT UNFAIRLY FROM YOUR DESPOT. Rented a property with Homelink in East Yorkshire for a year. Nil major issues during tenancy until when we moved out. They (specifically we dealt with Sindia in Cottingham) tried to charge us £400 for very minor wear and tear, and were extremely unreasonable and pushy. We ended up going to Tribunal. Awful experience in the end.

Drag thier feet!…

After two visits to the office in Cottingham I finally managed to get registered with them, I expressed an interest in a property that was their rental of the month after two days I received a phone call to say I could view in 8 days time.
After viewing I had a few questions which I was told I'd have to ask the office I wrang the office and asked the question when will the property become vacant, answer we'll have ask the landlord by the time they came back to me I'd viewed another property and signed a contract.
Such poor service @l

Be VERY careful

Be careful before you deal with this firm. They seem all very good until you start getting the deal sorted. Say one thing and then do something different. They say a landlord will take one deal, then that changes.

When we decided to pull out of the rental because of impossible deadlines or requirements they said the landlord was opposing they first said they would refund the booking fee, then the day going to collect the fee they said no, it was not refundable.

Basically stole the money. We will be taking action against this firm and reporting them to the authorities.

Suggest you avoid this firm and go to a more reputable company. Our mistake as we should have been more careful. Their mistake on not giving the level of customer care that is or should be required. Ultimately they will lose out. Not me.
