Having emailed and phone twice this has got to be worst customer service from any company i have every dealt with and i have dealt with some shockers.
You guys make BT , British Gas and Virgin Media look like angels.

I was provided with a great service
I was provided with a great service. My garden door had not been able to lock properly for some time. The locksmith took his time to fix the lock and now the door is locking perfectly. The Locksmith wore a face mask at all times which made me feel safe and even wore shoe covering.
