Bought an electrical manicure set. It got charged up and did not work. I requested a return label and received a standard copy and pasted letter asking whether it was powered up properly. I repeated t... See more

Dont buy any of Homedics products
Dont buy any of Homedics products. The 2 year warranty does not exist. If you make a claim they spent weeks asking you for details and videos. Then instead of sending a replacement, they ask you to send back the product on your own postage. All this after 2 months of emailing. No number to call anymore
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Purchased a massage gun July 25, great when worked, packed up Feb 2026, so well in warranty.
You cannot speak to anyone, email correspondence is absolutely shocking, still waiting for some sort of positive communication after two weeks - same repetitive email response. Looks like will have to carry out a chargeback on debit card to get my money back on this faulty product.
Message them about my back stretcher…
Message them about my back stretcher been broken and under guarantee. Hit and miss with a reply. Have to pay for a return to send it back.
Now they do not stock the item. I replied about wanting a different item. No reply.
I'm grateful that when the wrong filter…
I'm grateful that when the wrong filter was sent to me, that they replaced it, no extra charge. But both times they used Evri for delivery, who tried to shove the filter through the letterbox on both occasions. The first time, the filter was damaged, and the second, it was wedged so tightly in the letterbox that I had to use my foot as leverage on the door to yank the parcel back out. The box protected it this time so I don't have to request another replacement. I beg of you, use a different delivery service if you want parcels delivered in one piece, especially if you're going to charge customers £4 for it.
Won't issue a refund for a returned item - scammers!
I returned a product on 6th Jan which was confirmed as received but had to chase up multiple times for the refund. Apparently refund was processed on 23rd Jan but has still not arrived so I (tried) contacting customer services which is impossible. Somebody then emailed me advising the refund had failed (no reason as to why) and to confirm my PayPal account details. I paid via debit card so this screams out SCAMMERS to me. Still waiting on this refund and of course no response received to any of my emails to customer services.
Trying to return a faulty neck…

I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Homedics’ customer service. I have been trying to contact customer support for the past 7–8 days, and no one has contacted me back. I have also sent multiple emails and have not received a single response.
I paid extra for next-day delivery, but my parcel did not arrive the next day, and I have received no explanation or update. It is incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored after paying for a premium service.
If Homedics cannot resolve this issue or even bother to respond, I want to return the parcel. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend ordering if you expect reliable delivery or support.
Follow up review.
I thought I'd better follow up on my previous review, as I did at least get my Seated back/neck massager . I have since told several people that although the communication with Homedics is naff, they did send my order. Since then, on my recommendation, 3 of my friends have also successfully ordered and received a seated Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager.
Worst company ever - feels like a scam
This is the worse company ever. There is no number to call them on. Just an email that takes a week for them to reply and ask for the same details that was sent. I ordered products on 1 December and still no product, no refund, no resolution
The UVC bulb function is suspect.
After a year or so the fan makes a slight hum from either being off axis or no longer being lubricated, I have 3 units of differing sizes and it’s the same for all 2.
What’s more concerning though is I bought 9 filters and several UVC bulbs in the sale so I wouldn’t run out should the units be discontinued.
Being technical and curious, I wanted to see how the bulb works, I previously had a Daikin ‘electrostatic’ cleaner that used a UVC bulb that reacted with a coating on two plates.
When I tried to see how the bulb works in their units they were all covered with a ‘lamp protector’ which for all intense and purposes is in a sealed enclosure at the bottom of the filter. The ‘lamp protector’ blocks the UVC bulb from shining into the middle of the filter.
With the bulb cover on I can see no way for any filtered air to interact either the bulb.
When the cover is ofc the bulb lights up the center of the filter unit disinfecting all the air.
I have tried to contact them to no avail, the filter cover is not semi-opaque to let any light through, when it is operated with the cover off a small amount of UVC light escapes through the top of the unit.. I suspect it was designed to operate like this but didn’t pass safety tests, until I get a response from Homedics I can only assume the UVC bulb is completely covered and has no air flow so does nothing apart from being an advertising gimmick, if this is the case though they are selling bulbs deceptively as they do nothing.
The units operate without the bulbs working so if they are sealed and do nothing they should be honest about it..
Waranty non exsistant
Purchased a 5 in 1 air purifier which went faulty after a year their 3 year waranty was useless tried to contact but was totally ignored if you buy from them and have problems don't expect any customer service from them a waranty is useless if its not honoured
Got sent the wrong order
Got sent the wrong order. followed the web site to contact customer service to get a return no. I have tried 3 times and they have not responded and to 1 email even though they sent me a notice to say they have received my mail and will contact in 3 working days .
Customer service is non existent!! Not trust worthy and will never buy their product ever again.
I have contacted citizens advice.

Still waiting on delivery
I ordered something and was emailed to say it had been shipped on 18th Nov on an Evri48 delivery. I’m still waiting (26th Nov). I’ve tried emailing..nothing. No customer service telephone number. I have received an email asking how I’m liking my order though 😂
Shocking customer service
Ordered the homedics stretch mat 5th…
Ordered the homedics stretch mat 5th Nov it never arrived ive tried and tried to contact this company but i cant get through as it says the connection isnt safe very upset as it cost £50 so ive lost this money
Refusing to give a refund.
Placed an order with them, it was returned to sender at the door. They sent me an email promptly asking whether I wanted a refund or for them to send it back to me, it was obviously a refund otherwise I wouldn't have returned to sender, and as soon as they heard the word 'refund' they stopped answering all emails despite a threat to Chargeback. This is an absolute fraudulent company that keeps your money, be very aware when buying anything from these. They are scammers. Disgusting people.
The worst company ever
The worst company ever. When things are faulty they don’t want to know!
Can't provide replacement part!
I can't complain about the customer service. On the two occasions I've been in touch they've responded quickly with a very friendly approach, although they didn't resolve the issue.
For some reason Homedics cannot supply an important component part for their 5-in-1 Total Clean Air Purifier. The instructions clearly state not to continue using the unit if the UVC bulb has stopped working. The unit is barely three years old and yet they don't stock the bulb needed to get it operating again. The only source is from a supplier in Europe with a two month wait, so in the meantime it's redundant.
Definitely wouldn't buy a Homedics air purifier again.
Absolute worst customer service ever
Absolute worst customer service ever! Ordered a humidifier which evri left at my door and I did not receive, been in contact with this company for over a month now with them telling me I need to fill in a form they’ve said they’ve sent me 3/4 times which they have not! Happy enough to take money and not actually deal with any issues! Avoid at all costs
