Had a very pleasant visit with Eric and Matt from Home Craft today on install of new 6 inch gutters. These guys are very professional and knowledgeable on there product. Providing me with all the information I needed to make an effective decision. Oh and did I mentioned they were not trying to force a decision on the install. Explain to them that I had other installer’s coming by and they were fine with that. Now time to make a decision shortly. Thanks guys!!

Lytle Brown came out to my home completed evaluation of my gutter system and then provided detail quote of the work to be completed. I was very impressed with the presentation of the gutter protection and the competitive quote provided. I would recommend Homecraft to anybody.

I had four of the top 5 gutter protection companies come out and give me their spiel. I told them all the same thing, "I'm not making a decision today. I'm doing my research and I'll give you an answer by the end of the week".

Here is my review (in no real particular order...)

Company 1: I liked their product rep. The quoted price was good but the manager couldn't guarantee the price after the rep left. (I call b.s. on that because if they wanted the sell, they could & would).

Company 2: I didn't really like the quality of their product as well as Company 1. Rep was friendly but he felt the need to "man-splain" everything - even after I told him I have been around construction my whole life. Their price was double the quoted price of the Company 1.

Company 3: Loved the rep! She was personable, and the most knowledgeable. I was not impressed with their product (basically because of my research and partially because I was biased due to other company's spiels. This company was by far the most expensive - FOUR times the cost of HomeCraft!!

4th company... HomeCraft! The regional sales manager (I think that was his title) came out with Dana from the Raleigh office and they were fantastic. (Side note: The original rep was stuck in traffic for over 3 hours so he/she missed the original appointment). Matt listened to me, knew I had already had 3 people come out and had quotes from those 3 companies (I did NOT share quotes with anyone). He gave me his spiel, the best quote up-front and was not high-pressure. Overall, I think their product is the best. The materials are top notch and their system technology makes the most sense to me.

What I learned from this experience: Be honest; do your research and don't let anyone pressure you into making a rushed decision. Be respectful of your sales agents time. Most of them work on commission and really believe in their systems. Gutter's and gutter guards are very important for the maintenance of your home.

Josh Mauldin with HomeCraft was very helpful and was able to give me my quote in a timely manner. He was on time to our appointment, professional, and explained everything thoroughly.

Bob, with HomeCrafters has been nothing but helpful, truly delightful, and ensured that I was getting the best system for gutter placement. I did get a few quotes from other competitors, but truly felt that HomeCrafters had the superior products and ultimately would take care of my home needs. I am so excited for the work and craftsmanship that will be done.

Very good introduction of product and overview when Christy came out to our home. She showed the gutter guards that are better than the old ones that were damaged and we need them replaced. We are scheduled to have them put on soon. Thank you.

Mike Huskey met with us in our home. Mike was honest with his answers to our questions and left us knowing we made the right decision to entrust our gutter installation with Home Craft.

I contacted Home Craft through Home Advisor. They scheduled an appointment with me to come and look at my gutters. Then they called me back to reschedule saying they had double-booked me so I rescheduled again. They continued to call me multiple times a day to the point it was annoying and when I could answer, they proceeded to tell me they double-booked me again. At that point, I said take me off your list and I'll take my business elsewhere.

Bob came out to show his product. He was very prepared, and extremely friendly. He was very knowledgeable, and made our decision stress free and easy.

Christy has the talent for listening and explaining very well at the same time. On top of that she is nice and professional. Good asset for HomeCraft and for customers.

Home Craft performed very well working with our partners during replacement and installation of our new gutters. Christy Morris of Birmingham was very helpful and thorough in establishing a price we could afford. She worked with us tirelessly to be sure the job was completed.

Mike Huskey came by , great person. Great time discussing my gutters and leaf filters. Liked so. Much I decided on his company to install them.

Brandon Livengood was a great contact person for your company. He was on time and spend time explaining everything to us. Brandon was very knowledgeable and knew the product and how it works to help the home owner.

We had an awesome experience with Josh Clifton today. He was very knowledgeable about the product he is selling. We wasn’t buying gutters today we were still in the process of looking around but he sold us completely on his product today

Josh Mauldin was on time and very professional and a pleasure to work with.

We had an excellent experience with Mike Husky purchasing new gutters and gutters guards. He help us a lot with our purchase and with the paperwork.

Matt from the Raleigh office has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Made multiple house calls and been very patient explaining the product and working to get everything set for the install with us. Can’t wait to see how the product holds up, but I have no doubts I’ll be happy with the results (or receive excellent warranty service).

Josh Mauldin arrived on time and did a very thorough home inspection and was very professional.
