Before sending this review I emailed the company about these issues, twice. I've had no response at all. I'm therefore having to reorder elsewhere, and will keep pushing for a refund.
I recommend that you do not use this supplier.

Julia, since this review, we’ve emailed you several times with resolution options — including a full refund if you'd prefer to return the items you had issues with, or a partial refund if you'd like to keep them.
While the issue wasn’t caused by a fault on our end, we still wanted to help and provide a fair resolution. Unfortunately, we haven’t had any response to our follow-up emails — we’re not sure if the messages have gone astray again, but our inbox remains open and we’d still love the opportunity to put things right if we can.
Customer satisfaction is really important to us, and we always try our best to make sure no one is left feeling disappointed so we do hope you’ll be able to get back in touch.

My order was placed via their website. This was easy to use.
Collecting the item in the shop, I found the member of staff to be helpful, providing my order in a pleasant and speedy manner.

Very helpful
Always very helpful and also very understanding when I got in a muddle with my booking for a workshop. It is convenient to book on line but useful to also be able to communicate by phone. A good service. Thank you.

Love this shop.
Probably the most dangerous one considering it sells yarn for crochet and Warhammer for plastic crack.
Can confirm that the staff in there are lovely as well.

Fun friendly course, relaxed atmosphere and small group so instructor could devote time to each attendee. Each step thoroughly explained and we were not rushed. Will attend other courses.
