The engineer arrived on time, he diagnosed the problems with our 22 year old Britannia range cooker, he told us how much the repairs would cost, carried out the work and tested the oven. He was clean and tidy, polite and friendly and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

How delighted we are to have found this company to repair our Britannia oven. Having given Nick a brief resume of what was wrong he arrived a few days later and was able to repair the oven straight away. Moreover, he also noticed a couple of ignition switches were failing and was able to replace these at the same time. A very efficient and courteous service all round and we would not hesitate in recommending Home Counties Range Cooker Repairs to anyone else.

Prompt reliable and efficient service. Appointment arranged within a week of initial contact. Repair engineer arrived on time. My Britannia range cooker is twenty four years old, other companies contacted could only suggest replace the cooker, parts not available. The repair engineer had a wide experience with the make and all the (many) parts required in his van!! Work efficiently and with great expertise, courteous and good humoured. Left us with a cooker which now works like new. All in all a superb, proffesional business which I can thoroughly recommend.

Pleasent suprise to find that Nick had every part he could possibly need already in his van. No having to order parts and come back later. Replaced door hinges on our Ilve Range in 20 minutes. I mentioned that we had difficulty lighting some of the burners, Nick asked if we wanted that sorting out ( not part of initial enquiry ). Parts in van, sorted in a few minutes. Brilliant service.

Nick provides a great service at a very fair price and is really helpful and easy to deal with. He got our Ilve range working again and immediately recognised the issue. We’d certainly recommend his services.

Nick was extremely professional and highly knowledgeable. The attention to detail was refreshing from using yoga mats to protect the surfaces and equipment to the care taken when working on the gas cooker not to damage or scratch anything.
The full service covered everything a full barrage of tests on the entire oven.
The replacement parts were in the engineers van, we had all 6 heating coils replaced, a couple of igniters weren't working, and a couple of hob dials needed adjusting. finally Nick calibrated the oven temperature to the dials to make sure it was accurate.
Generally very happy with the communication, prompt arrival and professional service.
Highly recommend this service and I will be calling them in the future for any oven repairs that may pop up.

Extremely happy with service. We have used this company before and cannot recommend them highly enough. Very knowledgeable staff, thorough with both services and repairs. Straight forward explanation of what needs to be done and always confirm the price of parts and labour onsite to get permission to proceed. Parts are always on board so no need for a return visit. Genuine pride in work too. We won't use anyone else!

My trusty Britannia cooker required a repair to ovens and a general service. I contacted Nick at Home Counties Range Cooker Repairs. He was here very quickly and identified the problems. He also had the parts required, no waiting for weeks for them to be ordered. The service as usual was extremely thorough and efficiently undertaken.
