Booked a time, arrived on time, carried out the works exactly as requested, spending additional time ensuring all cabling was neatly installed and hidden wherever possible. Fully tidied up are being worked in and spent time demonstrating use of meter and checking all operates correctly with my car. Great service
Mark was very helpful and professional, he responded to my initial enquiry promptly and followed up with a home visit to provide an accurate quote for the home EV charging point. The installation followed as scheduled and Mark and the team did a great job ensuring that the system was set-up & optimised for my car, including the phone app to control it. We worked in partnership with Mark to develop our EV needs at our head office. The process was complex however Mark was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Once our proposal was agreed Mark guided and advised funding routes and lead in times. His delivery teams were exceptional delivering a safe and efficient service. Upon installation we have continued to work closely to ensure users are aware of how to use the chargers and developed a user and service plan. After requesting a quote online, in the same day Mark came out to my house and offered suggestions on how to install the charger in the neatest and tidiest way which was very helpful. We got very quick service with just 4 days between requesting a quote and getting the charger installed, which is amazing. Both Mark and the electrician were very friendly, professional and helpful, and the job has been done very well. I would definitely recommend.
