Take care you may not get what you ordered

This is still outstanding I can not get and response from this company copied from my email

Hi I received my order 10409 I will need to return it as it is not what I ordered I ordered 30ltr drilled fermentation bucket (with gradient)
and tap you have sent a bucket with no gradients this is not what I ordered so there for it needs to be returned so I can get a refund and to order from someone who can supply what I want it is not fit for purpose please arrange for its collection and my refund
