AMANDA IS AMAZING!!!

Amanda was very welcoming, informative and friendly. It didn’t feel like I was talking to a customer service rep or someone I was doing business with. It experience felt like a conversation with someone I know. It really was a very positive experience!!!

Appreciated the information as a starting point

Appreciated the referrals for contractors, but did not hear answers to some questions, perhaps because the answers are just unknown. I was given utility provider contact details for Fredericksburg, VA instead of Fredericksburg, TX, in one case. 😊

Trying repeatedly to contact Home…

Trying repeatedly to contact Home Binder representative ,Korey Replogle to change our closing date to March 31, 2026. Changes need to be made in power, Internet, gas , and water dates to turn utilities on in my name . As well as any others we talked about .

Very Helpful Service 🙌🏼

First off, I didn’t even know this service existed so when they called me about it to explain the details, I was very excited because it’s very helpful in keeping all home buying documents together in one place (paint colors, appliances and other warranties, utility providers, etc…)
Secondly, this service is included with my home inspection which is also very helpful. When Richard Smith called to explain everything, he answered all my questions with ease, and also saved me a lot of time with by providing me with referral's to get repairs done for paint, flooring, ceiling, electrical, plumbing, etc. He also gathered information for me, pertaining to tasks/repairs needed from the city, which I was not sure how to find out on my own. I highly recommend HomeBinder to anyone looking to purchase a new or pre-owned home!!

Stress relief!!

We happen to be moving across the country.
The home inspection company gave us a lifetime membership with HomeBinder.
A HUGE move where absolutely everything is totally new, this service is an extremely welcome, and supportive tool. We were connected with Jessica and from the first phone call she was so helpful. Connecting utilities is a big part of moving, Having someone hook up the internet, Water and Electric took that ENTIRE load off my shoulders - and i cant tell her how much i appreciate that!
