Awful Company. Wish I had read other people’s reviews before I spent nearly one hundred pounds on grandkids Christmas presents. Purchased 3 Doodle Glow Boards, big mistake. Faulty wiring and emails to... See more

Homeanoak are a dropshipping company
Homeanoak are a dropshipping company. Goods (children's games) were received two weeks after the promised 7 day delivery, coming direct from China
and are considerably smaller than they appeared on the website. Writing on the boxes is in Chinese only. Returns hVe to be sent to China at buyer's expense, which is not noted when ordering.
Toy still hasn’t arrived and it’s been…
Toy was a long time arriving - the tracking link didn’t work. When I messaged them to find out where it was - I was told that if I emailed them again - my request would go to the back of the queue. The toy won’t be much use to my grandson age 4 - the parts are so stiff - even I have difficulty getting the cars round the track - it’s made of very clunky - cheap plastic - suggest you don’t buy -
Ordered the build and beyond car kit on…
Ordered the build and beyond car kit on impulse for my grandson for Christmas, as it looked so much fun. It took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and the box was badly squashed. The concept of the toy would be brilliant if picked up by a reputable toy maker and would be worth the price. Unfortunately, this product is fragile and tacky and very overpriced! The box is Chinese and not a word of English.
However, I did bring it out over Christmas to give my adult children hysterics that I could have been so stupid as to buy something online without checking on Trustpilot first, but the 4 Yr old grandson it was intended for was hooked!
If only Trustpilot would pop up as a reminder to warn us "oldies" sooner!
a CHINESE dropshipper selling…
a CHINESE dropshipper selling counterfeit and SHODDY goods. Really poor stuff, unsafe, badly made, and 10x the price you'd pay for the same rubbish elsewhere. Avoid. avoid avoid.
BE AWARE - THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY - RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO CHINA
I always check with Trustpilot ... except this time, and have literally paid the price. I ordered in haste and within minutes tried to cancel (realising too late all the red flags - no corporate details/poor info on the website and the Trustpilot rating) but was told this wasn't possible. Like a previous post I ordered the dualling balloon head toy (2!) When they arrived - in bashed boxes, the quality was awful and the instructions worse. I emailed to say I wanted to return the goods and eventually, after several emails, was sent an address in China to return them to. Clearly this would cost a significant amount and I have no confidence that I would ever get my money back. What to do now? Caught between a rock and a hard place. Lesson learned.
DO NOT PURCHASE
Failure to deliver and ridiculous email response claiming if you ask more than once via email about an order that your inquiry will go to the back of the queue. Wish I had read reviews as would never have bought.
Slow delivery and rubbish product
Over 3 weeks for delivery and the product is not at all as advertised (balloon head wooden fencing men toy) the poles don’t even fit into the base. Is the last time I order anything advertised on Facebook, they are not held to th same stand as as TV advertisers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE COWBOYS.
A woeful shopping experience
A woeful shopping experience.
I ordered a product on 22/11/24 which despite their claims of 7/12 days for order processing (what on earth takes that long?) + dispatch timescales (how long does it take to arrange a courier), I still don't have a product.
I've tried emailing and the alleged human responses suggested it's being processed - how unhelpful given there is no eta provided on delivery.
To make matters worse after 18 elapsed days from order I was emailed by HomeanOak asking me to confirm my delivery address due to an issue with the courier? How is this my issue? they had my billing and delivery address at point of order.
Despite repeated chases I still have no indication of a delivery date.
I understand delays can happen, especially this time of year but the website commentary about 7/12 days for order processing + dispatch is meaningless.
Amazon can process and dispatch an order in 24 hours so unless orders are direct from manufacturer (off-shore) you need to be clearer about realistic delivery times. I only hope the product is good if/when it arrives.
Think twice before buying
Website offers multiple times a second item at discount, quite confusing and ordered 2 instead of 1. Immediately emailed and they replied nothing could be done it was already dispatched - no company is that quick. Slow to arrive from CN but as described, you are liable for return costs so not worth it. I was sent a standard marketing offer later and I replied saying I would not be buying from them again and the experience had been sharp practice, they said thanks for letting us know!
Ships slowly and from China
Storefront contact details imply it’s an European distributor, with a business address in Malta. Delivery times quoted as 7/12 days via Royal Mail. In fact, this company ships from China and nothing was revived after 20 days. No response from customer service contact and made a credit card claim.
Beware of the lengthy delivery times
Beware of the lengthy delivery times. I bought a toy for my nephew’s birthday. It arrived late because it took 16 days from order to arrival. When I contacted customer service after 13 days, they waited three days to reply until it had been delivered and their response was curt:
‘Thank you for your patience. Upon checking the items have been delivered.
Please check it HERE’
I would not recommend unless you’re not bothered about lengthy delivery time and poor customer service.
Bought toy for Grandson...then…
Bought toy for Grandson...then cancelled order next day. Homeanoak sent details of postage etc that item on the way. I sent email confirming cancellation, but no reply.......will need to start chargeback with my card provider....if no reply. Would avoid this shop.
