Swapping multiple bookcases for a proper "built in" bookshelf was a leap into the unknown for us - but the HomeAndLiving team were fabulous. James was professional, courteous and efficient from first contact to "job done". A large aspect of this work is a knowledgeable, pragmatic and skilled craftsman so James was outstanding - from requirements, design, solution, installation it was a perfect piece of work - 100% recommended - we're having them back for more work - that says it all !!! James was brilliant from start to finish. He installed some bespoke alcove cabinets and shelving for us and the quality of his work was excellent. We will definitely use James again.

James is exceptionally diligent, hard working and detailed. We always revert to James for anything we need doing around the house. From bespoke wardrobes and tv units, to putting up shelves or building flat pack, James does it all with expert attention to detail and care. James works tirelessly and I am always referring him to family & friends. James’ prices are competitive and he is communicative during projects to ensure the outcome is exactly as envisaged.

James was our Fitter for our Under Stairs Storage installation. He spent a couple of days with us, up in Dundee, and his workmanship was exemplary. Would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him. My wife and I found him charming and wish him well with his own venture.
