Excellent quality and value
I ordered 3 sets of rusty plant support bows via The Range's web site on Monday afternoon. They arrived the following day. (less than 24 hours)
They are extremely well made and very robust. I had been concerned that they would be flimsy as were many that I had seen. I needn't have worried, they are good quality steel and excellent value for money. I will be using Home and garden extras in the future.

Product problem, but great service
The garden hose reel I bought was very disappointing; I wrote a review to that effect. Almost instantly the shop had got in touch which was very rewarding and reassuring – they listened carefully to the issues and apologised and organised a full refund. No online, mega retailers can match this service!

Superb Customer Service
Very pleased with my order, the products are both sturdy and very good value - the solar mirror looks fantastic when it lights up at dusk. Evri did manage to lose the initial order, but with excellent customer service the team rearranged through DHL who delivered without issue.
10/10 for sorting so quickly and without fuss.
