I have never been able to figure out for our Mac Mini:
1. How to add that third computer to our Sophos account.
2. When I try to add it, the Error Message is:
"You can't open the application "Sophos Home Installer.app" because it is damaged or incomplete"

A friend of mine in IT recommended SOPHOS to me. I had previously worked in IT and knew I had to get someone reliable and trustworthy. Since I have had SOPHOS, I have not had any instances damage my computer.
I don't even worry because I know SOPHOS has my back. It is the ONLY service I trust.

All great, except I wish it had something for malware.

No problems this year.
Naked Security e-mails useful if a little too frequent for a small company with limited IT infrastructure.

I am sleeping better with Sophos Home installed at my PCs, I feel assured that nothing could harm my privacy, files etc.

I have been using Sophos both, at work and at home for many years now. Well over a decade... or maybe fifteen years now? I am not exactly sure. It was introduced to me at one of my former employers back in the early-to-mid 2000's. It is one of those products that just works very well on multiple platforms. It is not very intrusive (does not interfere with my work), but it is smart enough to alert me when my attention is needed (e.g. some SPAM mail that contains troublesome attachments).
The payment process is painless and the product is regularly updated to keep up with the latest threats. Also, it covers multiple platforms (Mac, Windows and soon Linux as well) and thus it is the perfect companion to have at my home.

I first came across Sophos many years ago through a company that was already using it.
I am completely satisfied with it. I don't receive lots of unwanted emails - the antivirus software simply carries on doing its job.

I have used Sophos as a business user for many years, and have always been impressed with how it operates. However, as I am no longer employed, it was time to purchase a personal copy. I must say that - once operating! - it is as flawless as I would expect. However, I do have a problem in that it will not start automatically when my computer is first powered on. It's not a show-stopper - the dialog pops up saying I'm not entirely protected, and I have to start the 'Hitman Pro Alert' service manually. Although I try to set it to an 'automatic' start. it never 'sticks'. It's more of an inconvenience, to be honest - the 30 seconds or so it take to start the application is well worth while. And once running, I'm fully protected and it just does its job. So, I can't give it 5 starts - I wish I could as I believe it is worth it!

I was first introduced to Sophos at work where the IT Department absolutely loved it. I started using it at home and I've never lost a moment of sleep or worry because this internet security software keeps us safe from all the hackers out there. I wouldn't use anything else now !!!

A very trustworthy product.

I got a new computer and had to reinstall my Home Premium service. Used your chat line and then downloaded my service protection with no problems.
